I've heard this claim countless times. That evolution is the foundation of biology. Utter nonsense. Can anyone name one discovery in the field of biology that required the theory of evolution? I bet you can't.

You heard it backward...Biology is the foundation of Evolution.

I said "A foundation" - as in a foundational principle of Biology.

Biology is the culmination of physics and chemistry.

As I mentioned to you already:

Agriculture has been using evolution for a very long time.

Selective breeding of grasses gave rise to a wide selection of individual species that are definitely not the same species as the sources. Dna analysis has gone back to more than 6,000 bce.

And yet it is still grass.

What's an evolutionary aspect of biology??? There's the appendix organ.

Yes. Taxonomists have categorized grasses as a family of their own. Wheat is still in that family.

Without the ToE, Biology is just Chemistry.

The Brassica family of vegetables. Cabbage, Broccoli, Kale, Cauliflower, etc. But wait...they are still plants. Evolution shows no evidence of a cabbage turning into a Grasshopper.

Biology IS chemistry (not just) and the TOE is biology (Not just).

There are many varieties of grass. Are they or are they not grass? If not grass, then what are they? Same with apples and dogs and cats and anything else that has variation. Dogs are still dogs. Cats are still cats. Apple are still apples. These are the facts. I did not move the goal posts. I kicked one right between them. It is sad that you cannot see the obvious reality of things.

So, you have no answer. But you claim to know more than people that study biology all their lives.

I have answers, but no one listens. I have provided scientific evidence over and over again. But you people just ignore it. Check out my post on the origin of life. It explains it all. And don't even try to discredit the source. The guy is a published PhD. A real scientist. But you won't listen to what he says because he's a Christian. You don't want the truth. You want to believe that there is no God so you do not have to answer to Him. I've got news for you. He's real, and you WILL answer to Him. Better wise up. Soon.

Evolution is the overarching theory that makes biology make sense. Please post a credible theory (based on science) that opposes biology, and Creationism and Intelligent design are not science, since they cannot be proven.

Much of genetics is based on evolution.

Biology and genetics are separate disciplines. You can be a biologist or a geneticist without using evolution. I asked for a discovery in biology that required the theory of evolution. No one has given me one. Biology does not need evolution.

So much blather with so little knowledge or understanding.

Your contributions are dismissed because they ARE NOT accurate scientific or even logical statements and you have regularly shown a lack of ability to comprehend this. That you again make the claim solidifies this reasoning.

    No, it is not.

You are confusing Natural Selection, of traits for survival, with evolution.

If animals preffered food is up high, the offspring with longer necks, will survive and reproduce.

White rabbits will not survive in areas with woods as they will not camouflage well.

Those are traits already present, recessive and dominant and the traits that increase survival are seen in those successful creatures.
