"I was an artillery officer and we fired hundreds of rounds into Fallujah, killed probably hundreds of civilians… Probably killed women and children if there were any left in the city when we invaded. So do I get judged too?"

Implicit in his comments is that mass murder is ok if 'our side' does it because we're so wonderful. Also with extremely racist undertones. That the victims were just Arabs anyways so who gives a ****. The same way the US army viewed the population in South Vietnam. They're all VC gooks.

Especially when it's brought under fraud.

With POTUS pardoning war criminals left and right, it is only appropriate that war criminals serve in Congress.

Murdering civilians doesnt serve my interests. They fought for US corporate and power interests. That's not "America". A totalitarian concept.

Why does anyone consider what Kyle says at all? He's lazy, not very bright, and frankly, his speaking voice is annoying. Who cares what he has to say? Clearly, he doesn't understand the legal principles, or the rules of engagement in war. SO... why give his voice any credibility at all?

It absolutely is America. Business is the source of wealth and government is source of power. No question about it.

So it is legal to murder civilians? Make sense, man. You have no credibility around here. I'll see to it.

Keep it up. Pretty soon no one will join the military for fear of being prosecuted for following orders.

Then who will take all our guns?

And so were our troops when they shelled Hitlers stormtroopers along with civilians.

Does that make us the bad guys? Should we have left the Nazi's alone when they retreated to unevacuated towns? Maybe we shouldn't have bombed tank factories where civilians were pressed into building the Nazi war machine. We would've lost and the world would be heiling the swastika now, but at least we wouldn't have killed any innocents, right?

Here's a better solution. You demonstrate what the law both US and international says, and we'll start from there. You seem willing to not want to do the work, and still assert that somehow you have great knowledge of the rules of war and engagement. Feel free.

Unfortunately he's infected by the same liberal big government neocon scourge that infected Bush I, Clinton, Bush II and Obama

You're arguing that this is legal:
Free Fire zones are illegal. Period.

We’re not talking about collateral death and injury to civilians as a consequence of action against military targets here, we’re talking about accusations of torturing and executing prisoners, targeted murder of individual civilians, attacking ambulances and medical facilities along with threats to witnesses and potential whistle-blowers. That is what Hunter is defending and, by defending him, what you are too.
