Put yourself in the officers shoes. She is pulled over for a valid reason, plate does not match vehicle, she refuses to comply with any lawful order, reeks of weed, no insurance, repeatedly refuses over 10 lawful orders, wont produce a license.

Makes him pull her from the vehicle, cusses him repeatedly, and generally acts like she is little miss entitled. Did everything she could to resist and escalate. Parents do a horrible job teaching these delinquents to respect authority. And they wonder why the get their ass handled by force?

Sad to say, but I suspect this woman did not intentionally break the law. Probably just so stupid that she couldn't keep up with all the normal laws concerning a car.
Makes you wonder whether the rest of society is better off with such a woman off the road.

Agreed. While she didn't handle herself in a particularly dignified manner, I can't say we're a particularly dignified society that criminalizes failure to keep up with the almighty bureacracy.

She didn't actually do anything wrong (before treating the officer like garbage) but still managed to break several laws.
