Firearm-related restrictions are only able to inhibit legal firearms ownership, when the rules are abided by. So long as the individual in question remains free in society, he can easily acquire new firearms whenever he wishes, and there is nothing that can be done to stop him from doing such.
We definitely should repeal the majority of our laws. There was a comment to the effect that we had 100,000 laws to cover 10 basic commandments, and there's a lot of truth to it. Laws which restrict the rights of the law-abiding who have committed no crime absolutely should be repealed.
Nah... I enjoy gymnastic contortionist reasoning. When they put you on ignore, usually means they don't want to answer your questions.
Dozens more have decreased gun laws. Even the ATF just recently allowed the shouldering of arm braces on AR pistols.
The actions taken by the state of Nevada do not count, as their background check requirement cannot be enforced. The FBI has stated outright that they will not, under any circumstances, expend their finite resources to perform background checks on private firearm transactions. This means that no private individual can actually be charged or even prosecuted for refusing to abide by the mandate, meaning that ultimately nothing has been done.
Nothing has been done? That is the result of many of the laws proposed by the BM... feel good, do nothing legislation.

Just because "those" guns were seized does not mean he is no longer in possession of any guns. He probably was packing again within a few days.
