    That shouldn’t require an explanation.

Just because someone died after being infected with Covid, does not mean they died from Covid.

That's what the cause of death would be on the death certificate - "Fall" - because the fall caused the conditions which resulted in death.

    Of course it doesn't.

If someone has COVID-19 and gets shot in the head, then the cause of death is the gun shot wound, not COVID-19. It would not, therefore, be counted as a COVID-19 death because COVID-19 didn't play any role in their death.

If someone had terminal cancer and was in hospice expected to die soon and contracted Covid, the death is portrayed as a Covid death, not cancer.

That would depend on whether COVID-19 contributed to their death or not.

If the person dies from medical events caused by cancer and COVID-19 had manifested in ways that worsened those conditions, then the cause of death would be cancer, and COVID-19 would be given as a condition that contributed to their death.

If they had COVID-19 but it had not triggered any conditions, or any that would worsen the conditions caused by cancer, then COVID-19 would not be listed at all, as it played no role in the death.

The point is that deaths resulting from the coronavirus have been greatly inflated.

So are we supposed to just accept as gospel, that had this pandemic happened under a Biden/Harris presidency, no Americans would have died? If not, then how many dead Americans is an acceptable number of deaths to Democrats.

Biden once claimed that if Trump had responded better no one would have died from the virus.

Certainly a LOT fewer would have died.

In fact had he responded better just in public statements since Labor Day tens of thousands likely would not have died

Thousands died because governor Cuomo and several others placed infected people in nursing homes.

How did that work for Florida?
TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NSF) – Florida has topped 6,000 deaths of long-term care residents and staff members from COVID-19, as the virus continues to attack seniors and people with underlying health conditions.

A Florida Department of Health report Tuesday showed 6,001 long-term care deaths attributed to COVID-19, after an increase of 12 from Monday.

A separate Department of Health report indicates that almost all of the deaths involved residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities, with about 70 involving staff members.

Long-term care deaths make up about 40 percent of the 14,767 deaths of Florida residents from the pandemic.

COVID-19 causes pneumonia. As I understand it is atypical pneumonia.
No scientific evidence has been presented that COVID-19 has different effect on other human organs if we compare it with similar common cold viruses.

If you're not afraid of a virus that has killed nearly a quarter million people in 7 months you don't have a brain

According to CDC there is about 94,000 deaths in United States caused by COVID-19 which is much lower then the number pushed by CNN and other lefties media.
I think the reason they constantly repeating that number 200 - 250 thousands is because 94,000 does not raise the level that justifies suspension of human rights.
