    LOL

Can you imagine what it would be like trying to convince them the numbers are actually most likely undercounted.

Not only has this thread been totally discredited...but there is another thread noting that the CDC has STATED that the count is likely undercounted

CDC came out with new excess deaths yesterday.

They are saying about 300,000 more people have died in a few months this year than historical averages. They do have a "range" and a lot of excuses why their numbers and models could be completely inaccurate.

100,000 thousand excess deaths are not attributed Covid. Disruption in health care service and increased suicides indicate that for every two deaths who tested positive for Covid, one younger person died due to the side effects of lockdown strategy.

Not directly. Indirectly. But it confirms the death count as reported

Over 200,000 dead from the virus

And we had a RECORD number of infections yesterday. MORE than any previous day

And Trump still says "we are turning the corner"

With the virus is not the same as "from" the virus. We have a liberal counting strategy. They have to do that to justify stripping people of human rights.

What we HAVE...is over 200,000 dead people "from" the virus directly and another 100,000 who died indirectly "from it"

The numbers for those ever infected is very much undercounted.

The numbers for those who died FROM the virus are way overcounted so that the agenda of fear may be advanced.

The numbers of cases are greatly exaggerated so that same agenda may be advanced, and because the PCR tests are so lousy.

One does not expect intellectual prowess from the NFL, but I wonder if they will ever come to realize that their "cases" are based upon a test that is so poor?

    The numbers are not overcounted.

The number of deaths comes from death certificates - each one is an actual person who actually died.

Each death certificate specifies whether the person died "FROM" or "WITH" Covid-19. As a result, it is known that:

92% of people died FROM Covid-19* - it was the cause of death - detailed in Part I of the certificate. This section shows the progression of the disease - the conditions caused by Covid-19 through to the point of death.

8% of people died WITH Covid-19 - it was a contributing cause of death - detailed in Part II of the certificate. NOTE: Contributing does not mean that they were merely Covid-19 positive. To be listed as a contributing factor, Covid-19 must have exacerbated the conditions leading to death. If it did not actually contribute to death, it cannot be listed as a contributing cause of death, even if the decedent had Covid-19.
    -------
    100%
    -------

*Of the above 92% who died FROM Covid-19 (as shown in Part I of the certificate):

94% had other conditions (comorbidities) listed as contributing causes of death in Part II.

6% had no contributing causes of death - Part II is blank
    -------
    100%
    -------

There are all sorts of problems with testing - no one would argue otherwise - including false positives/negatives, ridiculously long processing times, patchy availability and - for a long time - none at all, by which one could argue that for a fairly extended period of time, a very large number of cases weren't counted at all, and will forever remain "off the books". And, of course, this may still be the case, in areas where testing is not widespread, or minimal. Bottom line, case counts aren't perfect but they're as good as they can be, with things that might cause overcounts (e.g. false positives) balanced by things that might cause undercounts (limited testing available).

Not persuasive Clennan. I think the idea that politicians and bureaucrats manipulate data to advance their agenda is too complex for you to grasp.

It doesn’t need to be persuasive. It’s a statement of fact. That’s why it’s not persuasive with you - you prefer the products of your imagination, inspired by irrational conspiracy theories.

You, however, think your theory’s rejected because it’s "too complex". Not at all. Most people understand very well that information isn’t always presented accurately. That’s why most people (a) maintain a healthy dose of skepticism and (b) get to the source data to evaluate it for themselves.

You go to the extreme - and beyond - not only irrationally believing that absolutely nothing is true but constructing an alternate reality to explain what “the truth” really is. Except that it isn’t. Your “reality” is a product of your imagination, not founded in fact at all.

Where do you get this from? It doesn't say anything like this on the CDC page.

I know human behavior better than you. We don't share the same fantasies. My fantasies involve young women, while your fantasies regard truthful statements from politicians and bureaucrats.

Plandemic is the word that best describes what we've experienced these last 10 months.

The government cannot stop drugs, it cannot stop terrorism and in this case practices it, it cannot stop poverty, so why on earth should I believe that it can stop the Frankenstein virus it has brought? Clearly it uses the virus terror to advance its own agenda.

No, you think you know human behavior better than me. Thinking so, and saying so doesn't make it so.

"Plandemic" is the name of a conspiracy theory.

Governments don't have the capacity to eradicate problems arising from human failings and vulnerabilities, and complex often self-perpetuating societal ills, any more than law enforcement has the capacity to eradicate crime - it would be naive to think so. They do, however, have the capacity to try, and to mitigate. And they most certainly have - beyond any other entity - the capacity to marshal and deploy the resources needed to meet extraordinary challenges, like pandemics and catastrophic natural disasters.

That's what governments all over the world are doing just now.

Plandemic is the description of a conspiracy FACT, but many people are in denial about that. Nobody really wants to come to terms with the reality that their government is under the control of bad guys who would organize such a thing as Event 201. Many do not want to come to terms with the facts that their government would allow 911 to happen and then cover it up.

Many people are simply in denial. That is how the mind defends itself from the brutal truth.

Of course they don't. That's what denial is all about. Men go mad in herds, just as they give positive reinforcement to others in their herd, just as they wear masks in herds.

All this is just your way of explaining things to yourself. In particular, why people call "plandemic" a conspiracy theory.

They call it that because that's what it is. A conspiracy theory.

Not to you, of course. To you it's reality. Except that your reality is a product of your imagination - that's why other people don't "see" it. That's why it's unsupported by facts and reality. It's not even supported by common sense.

However, clearly you're invested in your "reality", and will continue ad nauseum to dream up any self-serving explanation you like for why others aren't invested in it too. Or indeed for why facts and realities aren't facts and realities. That's the great thing about being a conspiracy theorist - just thinking something is enough to make it true, facts and realities be damned.
