How about he start working on getting supplies to hospitals instead of yelling at GM, critiizing mask use, ordering Pence to refuse to talk to my governor, etc.

 

Right now, FEMA is bidding up the price of vents that states are trying to buy.

Why should I see that as a good thing?

Dude - nurses and doctors DOUBLE up their masks during pandemics. Standard operating procedure. Right now, doctors and nurses are one of the most important working classes in America - when one goes down, it decreases the safety of us all.

Hospitals are being overrun by a pandemic that is spread by breathing.

That is NOT the standard situation, so FAR more masks are needed.

And, as of today their aren't effective methods for sterilizing them.

 

That's because the majority of our larger cities are Democratic and respiratory viruses are communicated most easily in denser areas.

 

Oh, sorry, I forgot! The Trump says we only have a small number of really sick people, so I forget Trumpies are kind lost!

See, there are 10s of thousands now of sick people in hospitals, so instead of the usual 10,000 a week of flu etc, there are another 10,000 sick COVID sufferers.

COVID-19 is extremely contagious, almost everything else because we have no vaccines, so every worker who does anything with one of these patients, tge worker has to throw that away and get a different one, even if its to deal with anyone else anywhere else, or have lunch or does chores in the hospital!

So, yes, this already overwhelming stealth virus (it is contagious with no symptoms for a while) accounts something like 10 times more masks than normal.

But Trumpies think this hospitals waste masks and that is "suspicious"? They aren't washing the single use masks that should be reused within a few hours even if not exchanged with a different patient?

Man, i am glad this stuff is not in the same room with me when these valiant hospital workers when some Trumpie says this kind of BS! Its just like Trump! A special kind of Loser!

However, i just found a current list of 600 health care facilities who desperately need masks and supplies!

I am so glad you are ready to fill all of these facilities shortages! I am sure there are more than these 600 facilities, but your help will be invaluable! I just called the nearest 3. None of them said they were actually out of masks. The one nurse at the nearest one on the list did mention that it's very early in a tired hoarse voice. Since her voice sounded so scratchy I asked her how she was doing. She said she's doing OK, but I do wonder. She did not sound very well.

But she has masks.

Maybe I'll wait until the sun rises and call a few more to see if they need them today.

It's after 6 AM. Is that really too early for these people? I would think that if there is such a life or death dire need for these masks they wouldn't care what ****ing time it is.

and 2 of them did mention that they would prefer hand sewn masks. They are more comfortable. I guess if you have to wear one all day, comfort certainly matters.
