Haven't you heard that they are being overrun by COVID patients???

Yes, I know the president isn't particularly interested in the COVID crisis in NY. But, having him THEN tell NY that they are stealing material and don't have a real problem is just plain NOT acceptable.

You are calling someone at a hospital and, as a complete stranger, you are asking if the "have masks".

So, given that hospitals are FIRING nurses that they don't have the "proper numbers of masks"! Lol!

That a lawsuit is there ready for EVEN ONE patient doesnt have the proper numbers of masks like the 8, or 12, or 20 or more maks PER SHIFT, dear daughter or brother in law has mom get sick, or even better dies, that hospital is toast!

Calls like this seems much like malarkey to say that there are all the masks out there have needed!

Especially since numerous hospitals and nursing homes are already are putting themselves at risk by publicly claiming of their dire shortages, and tge perskbel who DO talk about risking their own lives and their patients lives by using a single mask all day with multiple patients and other tasks!

This claim, even if not bogus, no thought was into actually trying to help anyone.

That is crap. The democrats tried to make this about their special interest groups showing they do not care about the suffering in this country. We all know the democrats always want to use a crisis for their political gain

    ???
They have 10 times the problem.

Let's remember that hospitals are corporations. And, they feel the pressure of for profit insurance companies, the burden of care for those who can't pay, etc.

They can not afford to carry 10X MORE supplies and equipment than they already carry.

More BS. They do not have 10 times the patients to justify needing 10 times the masks

You're just wrong about that. In normal times, staff don't have to be in full PPE to come in contact with patients.

My brother spent significant time in an ICU and not once did the many doctors, nurses, and others who visited him wear PPE of any knd unless they were treating incisions or otherwise involved in a procedure that required penetration of some sort.

And, in normal times there is significant unused capacity at any one time.

You mean they are not following what they should do. This has been a problem for years but now they complain they can't do it

Your articles have nothing to do with PPE shortages.

Let's remember that the COVID issue IS that PPE isn't even available. So, it gets overused by medical staff who are seriously concerned about that both for their patients and for themselves.

We have doctors and nurses dying of COVID.
