Why is it that the second most criminal of organizations can always come up with boisterous cowards so the people can be safe but the real nuts are just left to roam until...? Perhaps the answer lies in the fact this is and never has been a nation based on rule of law but upon the rule of men. Those with "pull" can get away with even the most blatant of acts while lesser souls are imprisoned upon the whim of the real criminals.

The U(ltra) S(tench) is war. There has been little more than 2 decades total since 1776 that this nation has not been at war with everything but what really matters. Now, there is very little that the US is not at war.

As to traitors, you're premises are in conflict therefore not fact. Perhaps it would be beneficial to determine just what "enemy" encompasses.

Authority, an illusion of a diseased psyche, based entirely in violence and built upon the erroneous and dogmatic belief that some people are masters who have the moral right to issue commands, and others are slaves who have a moral obligation to obey the masters. The belief in the legitimacy of "authority" is the belief in the legitimacy of slavery. Ultimately, "authority" is the idea that man can become God and through "jurisdiction" dictate the law.

War, unites man in the belief of authority. A belief so strong parents send off their sons and now even daughters to be slaughtered in the name of this authority while at the same time embracing all the new restrictions needed to be safe in this hostile environment.

Guys if anyone is concern about the US government or any other government for that matter having a problem with your postings or where you go on the net there are foreign VPN companies and tor and so on to end stop government monitoring.

Check out the EFF.org site for details of what is available to protect your privacy along with the torproject.org website.

Only the lazy and the careless need to be overly concern about government monitoring for most internet activities.

footnote it is not nice or legal to issue death threats on or off the net and there is no reason to do so. Even with privacy precautions it is a stupid and unwise thing to do.

I say that would be very beneficial to me, what a relief.

And am I also to take that the rest of my statement was all ok with you and that was all that mattered? But none of this changes the fact your original statement is in conflict, A cannot be B at the same time in the same instance.

During the Vietnam war era the FBI would placed agent provocateurs into anti war protect groups an attempt to get them to do illegal acts.

This is even must simpler to do in the age of the internet an we do need to be on the lookout for the government creating it own terrorists out of people who are in fact harmless if not groom to seems otherwise.

It one hell of a gray area that is open for government misconduct.

Traitors are those who attack and undermine the US Constitution, and the federal government is full of people like that. They are the "domestic enemies" alluded to in the federal oath of office. Far more powerful than some guy living in a cave on the other side of the world.

By happily participating in the pillage of the 4th Amendment, the FBI becomes a type of domestic enemy.

If you placed something in the public domain then anyone including the government had a right to look at it an if they had a concern to apply for a warrant from a judge.

So how is the FBI being a public enemy unless you are claiming unfair entrapment or doing raids and spying without a warrant from a judge?

All in all it is a balancing act with the FBI in it history misbehaving from time to time but I would not called it a enemy of the republic.

The FBI and its agents are sworn to uphold and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

When those same agents enforce a law that clearly violates the Fourth Amendment (Patriot Act), they are clearly making overt acts to violate the 4th Amendment. FYI, the National Security Letters issued by the FBI under the Patriot Act do not involve the judiciary in any way.

The problem with the FBI is credibility at this point. As it has come to light that they never did anything with information they had the suggested future terrorists acts. From the Pulse Night Club in Orlando, the Chattanooga military recruiters shooting, to San Bernadino, to the school shooting in parkland. The FBI were remarkably absent. Had folks investigated, and let them go off to do their mayhem. So, folks have made exactly the assertion you have mentioned. In my opinion, rightfully so.

You are right as to why so many hold the FBI in such low esteem, but that's not the whole picture.

Several of those events you mentioned, Pulse, San Bernardino and likely Parkland too, were staged events with play actors. That makes the agency more than incompetent, it makes it likely culpable.

Comparing the USA to the UK doesn't work. The UK does not have fundamental free speech rights.

Once someone posts personal information about someone else - and at the same time is calling for that person(s) murder, it is time to arrest that person for terroristic threats - period. There is no excuse for that and such is EXACTLY the type of person that is the source of many of these crazed murders and mass murders. This is easy to understand - do not advocate murder over the Internet against anyone and you'll have no problem.

As for the other matter? How does a person gain half a million dollars, precious metals and gems, gold coins, stocks and bonds, deeds of trust, sales contracts and more from working at a local hospital by age 25 unless he is a doctor? Even a doctor would not earn that excess of income.

I suspect the info is NOT originating from the 37,000 strong FBI, but the 250,000 strong Dept of Homeland Security, who turn the info they gather over to the F.B.I. to work the case and make the arrest. Regardless of who is responsible for the investigation and arrest - THANK YOU! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! :applause:

Sure. Whenever I see a dozen people with Nazi and/or KKK flags, I presume at least half of them are local, state and federal law enforcement - and possibly all of them are as baiting. I do not think this should be allowed, but it is legal.

You obviously were not reading carefully, or maybe you just somehow misunderstood. (That's what you get for casually skimming over something and posting a response before thinking)
The warrant that the judge signed off on essentially gave them permission to confiscate anything of value, all of his assets.
He didn't necessarily have all those things.

So not only were they going to seize all the money in his bank accounts (so he couldn't hire a lawyer) but also, if they found any precious metals, gems, gold coins, stocks or bonds, etc. they could take those too. Leaving him entirely destitute. (Well, except for $500 in cash)
The warrant gives them permission to take all those things IF they found it. Obviously he didn't have gold coins, stocks and bonds, art, etc. The warrant just enumerated various items of value they would be allowed to seize.

But that would mean a change to the Constitution, viz. from 'Innocent until proven guilty' to 'Guilty until proven innocent'. I'm not against it in time of war, especially when it's needed to prevent atrocities from taking place, but the 'empty vessels' liberal fraternity will go ballistic.

Apparently they make exceptions when there are insinuations of terrorism.

And if you think judges always uphold the Constitution...

Does that mean that when joining the FBI one surrenders one's ability to know the difference between right and wrong? Or one's obligation to speak out against poor policy?

Well, there are some things that WILL NOT BE SHOWN on the mainstream TV shows, and some things that WILL BE REMOVED from social media by TPTB. I know a person at Pulse to whom that happened.

Yes we should do away with the SC and allow everyone to decide for themselves which laws that are or are not constitutional.

Next any one in the FBI who have severe problems with current laws should do what people in the military do IE resign and then speak out.
