The Democrat Party and their credibility is on the line here. Do they have the integrity to Police their own in front of the American people like the Republicans did with Nixon OR are they simply so corrupt wrongdoing is just swept under the rug hoping the public doesn't notice? Hopefully, the American people will examine this carefully and decide the Democrats simply can't be trusted with the power in Government as they won't police their own.

    Your move Loretta.

the only "crime" she may have committed, is soo insignificant its not worth prosecuting.

these is no evidence she purposefully used a private server so as to subvert FOIA and Congressional requests

    Napolitano is a kook

No, absolutely not. And Loretta won't do a damn thing. She's got a job to keep if her side wins the election. Sell Clinton out and right under the bus Loretta goes.

Nobody gets prosecuted for what she did....unless they have evidence she knowingly provided classified info to those not authorized

How exactly would one produce evidence of such, outside of the deliberate actions taken? And how the hell do you know what evidence they have? They provided that IT guy who took the fifth immunity, what was his testimony on the subject as you seem so in the know?

Use of a private server. Has someone said she knowingly provided classified info to someone not authorized?! If so, who?

They may be hoping that the Gov. McDonnell case in the SCOTUS goes against the DOJ. It will give them political cover for not indicting Hillary.

And there's no evidence she did, which is why she won't be charged

Wrong. Mishandling classified information is a crime. Unilaterally removing the markings - declassifying the data - from TS and TS-CSI is a crime. Placing TS information on unsecured and unapproved media is a crime.

Copying TS and TS-CSI onto unapproved media, smuggling it out of the TS facility, putting the TS/TS-CSI on an uncleared machine, removing the markings, transmitting the information across unsecured communications, is espionage.

The entire pattern of behavior shows intentional mishandling of information.

Look up David Petraus for someone who did much less than Hilary.

Sounds like bias to me as Napolitano has come to a conclusion based upon incomplete evidence.

Are you claiming that Obama has politicized the DOJ ?

Well, as long as Obama politicized the IRS.

Wait a second, what's that ? It already has.

I think the deletion of emails and other files before the servers were seized is all the guilt necessary to at least make her ineligible of holding the most important office on earth. It shows EXTREME contempt of our country and laws....and mostly, trust.

yes yes, we know, any day now right? :roflol:

You guys have been repeating the "FBI has overwhelming evidence to indict" for months now yet there is NO recommendation to indict. There is nothing to police because there is no evidence to indict. Keep reaching for the stars, it's all you got now with the Trumptard being setup to lose the general election if he is nominated.

And yet still no recommendation to indict from the FBI, which you guys have been parroting for months. What are you gonna do, when the faux outrage fails for you? :roflol:

Yeah I will wait and see and not comment on this. Fox News is garbage, just like MSNBC and CNN honestly.

Sounds like YOU need to look up Patreus. He showed his gf top secret info and lied about it.

Nobody gets prosecuted based on what we know about what Hillary did.

Hello - the private server and the e-mails on them are evidence of the deliberate action she took to subvert FOIA and Congressional requests.

It amazes me how so many Lefties are willing to ignore the fact that this woman went out of her way to shield herself from scrutiny and accountability. Essentially, she treats you like a bunch of peons and you thank her for it.

At least he's got some self-respect, which is more than I can say for Hillary's supporters and apologists.

Why would we want Clinton arrested? We do better against her than we do Sanders.

Sorry officer, I didn't know I was speeding. Yeah, that will work.

Come on MG, you're smarter than that.

She explicitly told one of her aids to change the classification on a document so that it could be sent via fax.

As in, she knew it shouldn't be sent that way, and she said (*)(*)(*)(*) it.

Keep thinking that since Trump has a higher unfavorable rating and a lower favorable than Clinton, PLUS the polls have her doing better against Trump than any other Republican candidate. Just don't go crying to momma when Trump loses to Clinton.
