FBI Has 'Overwhelming' Evidence to Indict and Convict Hillary

Lets get this straight-the FBI has over 100 agents working full time on this, and has expanded its investigation to the Clinton Foundation because its too insignificant to prosecute?

Are there ANY hillary supporters who have worked in a scif type environment that want to stick up for her? I'm quite certain that I, as an engineer, would be prosecuted if I had done what she did.

 

Nobody has been prosecuted based on what we know Hillary has done. Everyone has intentionally showed the records to someone or something similar.

 

Unless she was sending to someone not authorized to see it, that won't get her prosecuted.

The FBI wont tell the press, or Canks what its findings are, it will pass them over.
The FBI doesn't tell you what it has.

 

And yet they can't find anything to recommend to indict on. At this point they HAVE to use every resource to prevent them from looking like idiots wasting money. When the time comes they will have to answer to the money they have wasted.

She clearly violated the law, she clearly mishandled classified material. At last count, over 1100 classified documents on her server including 22 that are TS or TS-CSI. Anyone else with that level of either negligence or deliberate mishandling would have had their clearance removed, would never get a clearance again, would never be put in a position of responsibility again.

Anyone else with 22 TS documents on their server or computer would be in jail.

Everyone that has handled such information knows she is guilty.

If she is not prosecuted, then it does not mean she is innocent, it just means the system is corrupt.

Hilary was the server custodian, that's a legal position, with legal obligations. She knew there was TS on her server, everyone briefed to see those satellite images knows they are TS. As soon as she saw those images, she was required to lock down her server and all computers which had access to it, report all people who had access to the server, report the incident to the appropriate authorities. She did nothing.

And her server was not properly protected. I have no doubt at all that foreign governments knew of her server and targeted it, and likely gained access to all of its information.

And you are wrong. People do get prosecuted for what happened with Hilary's server. Someone took that TS-SCI out of a secure facility, removed the markings, transmitted it on unclassified lines. Hilary saw the data and did not report it. People go to jail for that, careers are ruined for that type of behavior.


The real question is why do you want some as President when that person cannot even manage one simple server?

I'm going to preface this post with this… If the FBI can prove that she broke the law, then my opinion is that she should be tried. If they can't prove it, they won't bring charges. None of the other investigations have led to charges. I doubt this one will either.

That being said, the quote above is untrue.

The FBI does tell you when you're being investigated. They issue a "target letter" to anyone being investigated.

The FBI has said their investigation is into "matters related" to her use of the server, not Clinton herself.

Hillary Clinton says she has not received a "target letter."

I think this matter is one of those issues where you either already think she is guilty and anything less than a guilty verdict means the system is corrupt, you don't think they have sufficient proof to take the case to court, or you think she is innocent. I don't think they have sufficient evidence. I do think that any prosecutor looking to make a name for themselves by taking down Hillary Clinton would have to have a slam-dunk, can't-fail case with a preponderance of evidence that proves guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt, or they would be committing professional suicide to charge her. I don't expect her to be charged.

 

We know the law. We know what she had. And we know she lied.

In my book she is already guilty-the investigation is merely a formality.

 

Look. Those familiar with any of the proven details of this whole miserable national security breach know she broke the law, and in a variety of different ways. This includes anybody who ever held a U. S. government security clearance... plain as day!

When the details of the FBI investigation are finally (FINALLY) put out in the light of day, the most probable reaction is going to be, "Ho, hum... well, many other people have done the same thing...." They won't offer any PROOF of this statement, but, what the hell, they'll go on to stake their REAL anchor point for Hillary's defense -- that she didn't INTEND to do anything wrong! To a bunch of nervous liberal Demcrats, that will be all they'll need to just sweep the whole thing out the back door and rapidly change the subject to anything else.

The Hillary defenders have already started it... you can find one "trial balloon" post right here in the Forum telling us all that there's NO legal case unless somebody can prove INTENT! Following this logic, anybody can do anything, but unless prosecutors can prove there was an INTENT to do something wrong, then -- Hey! Anybody can get away with breaking the law!

The fact is that the establishment is more powerful than any government agency. The establishment wants Hillary in office really bad, and they will hold off the FBI so long as it looks like she has a chance of fooling the majority of voters.

If however it begins to look as if she cannot win, they will toss her under the bus in order to demonstrate to the sheeple that the system works. Expect this campaign to get really nasty going forward because the female felon has literally everything to lose if she cannot pull this off.

Even if she does pull it off, she will probably suffer the same fate as Nixon as she will not be able to keep her crimes under wrap forever...... It will be interesting to see who the establishment picks as her running mate.
