A man spends his entire life collecting artifacts which are seized by the FBI without any indication the artifacts are illegal or a crime has been committed. IMHO this is similar to how the Nazis would seize art collections, etc. from jews. My guess is none of the artifacts will ever be returned. The FBI agents probably individually pocketed a few arrowheads and whatnot while boxing things up. The question becomes who will get the artifacts? Whatever one considers to be personal property it can be seized at any time for any reason by the Government.
