FBI raids the office of Trump lawyer Michael Cohen

    • FBI agents raided the offices of Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, on Monday.
    • Agents reportedly seized evidence related to Cohen's payment of $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels on the eve of the 2016 presidential election.
    • Daniels has said the money was in exchange for her silence about her affair with Trump. The White House denies such an affair occurred.
    The raid came after federal prosecutors in New York City obtained a search warrant following a referral from special counsel Robert Mueller, Cohen's lawyer said.

    Mueller is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and related issues, including possible collusion by officials in the Trump campaign with Russians.

    NBC News reported that the raid occurred at a law office at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, located in Midtown Manhattan. Vanity Fair additionally reported that FBI agents also visited a room at the Loews Regency Hotel in Manhattan, where Cohen has been staying and executed the warrants there.

    A doorman at the Regency said, "They are still here," when asked about the FBI.

    Thanks Trump... For forcing one of the nation's most essential agencies to go after your porn-star fantasies. Having a president like you is such a shame. I think it was Giftedone, to whom I told Trump would have backpedaled when he said the US would leave Syria soon.

    Chasing after the Stormy Daniels story because he cant find anything relevant to collusion with Russia. Probably going to argue that the payment was a campaign contribution.

    They just got that Dutch lawyer send to jail with a plea bargain. He denied under oath that he is a direct link between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence officers, and the FBI proved otherwise.

    You don't know the law. We are talking about illegal campaign contributions. Paying prostitutes is against the law.

    Paying prostitutes to shut their mouth is not against the law. And Cohen would be the one violating the laws on campaign contributions and even if Trump had knowledge and was involved, Hillary and Obama campaigns have violated similar laws. The campaigns pay a fine and they continued on as normal

    What Clinton and Obama may have done can be investigated.

    Which makes it worse, because the exploitation and mistreatment was by JFK, not herself, as it is with a porn star.
