FBI raids the office of Trump lawyer Michael Cohen

Well the dems are desperate. Now that the collusion narrative is dying on the vine and the players that portray themselves as hero’s like Comey are to be investigated and have already been fired by suggestion by from the FBI like McCabe and McCabe and Comey are calling each other liars (using genteel terms), they are pinning their hopes on suing Trump for nothing that has been proven, opening up their own for discovery, their last hope is some dirt from Cohen.

Here are the facts. If they had just accepted the election and did their jobs probably none of these folks would be in the looming trouble they have brought upon themselves.

 

Or possibly created a platform conducive to improving the standard of living of US citizens they might have a chance of political success and could benefit those US citizens.

 

I get it that it's an old, old law, but the fact remains Flynn pled guilty to lying about those conversations.

Flynn is guilty of violating the Logan Act if he (1) had communication with a foreign government; (2) with the intent to influence that foreign government, (3) while being a U.S. citizen without the authority to engage in diplomatic discussions on behalf of the United States. If Flynn violated this law, he would be guilty of a felony and face up to three years in prison.

 

The Logan act that no one has ever been prosecuted for due to its questionable constitutionality.

Guess what. The Manafort no knock was for evidence about the Trump Tower meeting. Maybe he doesn't need the Russian chick.

 

Yeah, I know. Life's hard. Hardly seems like it was worth lying about. But actually I think that was just the lowest crime Mueller could charge to lock in Flynn's flip. More than likely he nailed him on Turkey.

 

Flynn was doing his job. He violated no law by doing so.

 

The king pin of the collusion delusion has never been interviewed ??

 

Flynn was allowed to plead guilty -NOT FOR HAVING HAD ANY CONVERSATIONS (with the Russian Ambassador), but FOR NOT PROPERLY DOCUMENTING THEM. It was not illegal for Flynn to discuss anything with the Russian, what was illegal was to report the conversations he did have inaccurately.

 

That's the real trouble for them, discovery!

I know a bit about discovery, what is asked for and denied is used against the denier. The case will be dismissed.

Is Flynn cooperating with Mueller? Manafort, Gates, Page and now Cohen too? Any evidence this is true?

Any moment now I expect Mueller will have a press conference and show us the evidence sometime between 2004-2014 everyone who ever knew Trump secretly met and hammered out a deal with the KGB to lift sanctions on Russia if Putin got Hillary's emails and published them.

“Curiously” the FBI agents who interviewed him concluded that he answered truthfully. But why were they interviewing him in the first place ?? They had a complete recording of the conversation. Classic perjury trap.

 

So what ?? That document is meaningless.

 

Far as I know it's just Flynn, Gates, and Papadopolis.
Others like Sam Clovis are cooperating but are not charged to my knowledge.

Yes, a "classic perjury trap", but this doesn't matter if your aim is simply to discredit the President. Mueller can righteously assert Trump's top appointee, his National Security Advisor, by his own admission, acknowledged he had failed to properly document his conversations with the Russian ambassador. To the critical left this is proof positive Flynn (and Trump) have something to hide. Though it could be just inaccurate recollection or an error in the dates, the left tells us what they are hiding is treason and run with the ball.

Don't kid yourself. If Mueller just wanted to lock him up he would have had a trial by now. He just charged him with that to get him to flip.

 

As soon as Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Page or Cohen 'flip' Mueller will have Trump indicted!

 

What does it mean to Flynn ??
