He has an opinion but admits that he hasn't read the unredacted version. His opinion is premature and not totally informed.

 

The judge is demanding a complete unredacted copy of the Mueller Report as he is questioning the validity of the redactions.

There is nothing about Barr's summary that was misleading in the slightest. And we know this because DAG-Rosenstein said at the time of the Russian Indictments:

"No American has been charged in relation to this crime. No American is suspected in relation to this crime" This statement was given prior to Barr's summary report and public speaking of such. Hence, this Judge has fabricated a set of circumstances which he then ruled on, then he had the arrogance to call himself "impartial".

 

Some district DC judge has a difference of opinion about Barr's conclusions of the Mueller report. Say it ain't so.

The 'law' of doing everything the media, left, establishment policy folks. You know the "official channels" wouldn't want to do. According to this Judge, there shouldn't have been a summary report at all basically(if we take his complaints at his word), nor should there have been a presser.

But to use the Mueller excuse, let's take a look at the context: At the time, there was great political candor in Washington(read: Scumbag Schumer) over the release of the report. And Barr himself stated that he released the summary statement, knowing it wasn't the full report to satiate some people.

And after a few days, the full Mueller report was released. Here's the thing: The Summary report was entirely word for word a PART of the actual report. That's why they call it a summary report.

So we got to see, Mr. Mueller the "full context", and that context did not shed "new or a better light", it didn't make the conclusions any less inconclusive then it already was. There was nothing distorted by the summary report, that wasn't ultimately found in the end.

You declined to charge anyone Mr. Mueller. Your excuses for doing so, not withstanding. And if you didn't want a summary report, etc, you should have released it yourself rather than appropriate it to Mr. Barr. Or at the very least, schedule a date you'd both agree upon for release of the report.

And according to Barr, the public report was 99.5% of the official report, we also know that some of the redacted material dealt with Stone/Russian company/Flynn cases. So the idea that any of the .5% is more "context"(excuses) which justify Mueller's decisions, is utterly laughable.

Barr's summary is a highly biased OPINION piece not based in fact. Mueller wrote the report and he said that Barr's opinion piece was just that, HIS BIASED SLANTED opinion.

 

Mueller never said any such thing.
