    Of course we do.
We have the right to keep and bear arms, not the right to keep and bear only commercially produced arms.

Won't be long before any regulations on explosives is gone too.

What gives the government the right to regulate my ability to build a bomb?

Your hyperbole might be of interest to several federal agencies.

It shouldn't be. It should be protected by the 2nd amendment.

You realize that explosives are available to the public. In a regulated way. You seem unaware of this. Folks use explosives every day. Demolition, construction, etc. What purpose would you use your bombs for?

It's none of your business how i would use it.

Maybe it's just fun to blow stuff up.

I should be able to purchase as much ammonium nitrate as i want as long as it is for the purpose of bearing arms.

You clearly do not understand 2A jurisprudence.

Golly, you sound wounded.... Do you expect that say we use the same rationale for all weapons? Do tell...

Not being able to purchase 5,000 lbs of ammonium nitrate infringes upon my right to bear arms just as much as someone not being able to buy a 50 round magazine would.

Democrats are very close to making a federal requirement for registered serial numbers on all firearms.

    explanation about that here:
Democrat's latest clever strategy at gun control

You only have the rights that Congress and judges give you.
I'm not disagreeing with your opinion, I am just stating the cold hard facts.
The Constitution doesn't work by itself. It takes people to uphold it.

(The Soviet Union had a really great sounding Constitution too, promising to uphold rights, but we all know how that went...)

You can purchase that much, can't you? That's got to be a drop in the bucker for larger farms.

Explosives aren't "bearable arms". Stop posting rediculous comments.

Nothing the right to regulate that was restricted by the Second amendment.

Using fear to control people is the oldest tactic in the world.

If we don't regulate you're going to die so the only thing that saves people from death is government you are believing in a religion.

Oh no he does he just is against it.

I think a lot of these people are brainwashed. Like they're made to think we're a bunch of Dale gribbles with our guns just ready to go to war. And the only thing protecting them from this is gun regulation that no criminal obeys.

It's a trick by government yes both the Republicans and Democrats to try and get people to support taking power away from the people so that they can have more.

    I don't have contempt for this I can't I just I'm overwhelmed with pity.

I suggest you educate yourself on what's considered an arm by constitutional standards.

I'm perfectly happy with you to continue to making a mockery of your position that's the best argument any of us pro rights types can have.
