    Honestly I'm not sure how mail fraud works but apparently the one transferring funds to commit fraud is the only one culpable.

    I didn't say it was punishment enough just punishment in and of itself. A year sounds about right to me.

    When I was 18, I got arrested for being drunk and disorderly in Van Nuys California. They threw me in the tank and dragged me into court the next morning. I was waiting to be called and there was a black guy who had been hauled in for failing to pay a fine for a DUI. The Judge, Eddie Davenport who was at the bar I was illegally drinking in the night before said to the guy:

    30 days in the county jail forthwith...

    The guy said: What does that mean?

    Eddie said: That means right now.

    The guy said: Who do I speak to about this?

    Eddie said: You just spoke to him....NEXT!

    • Long ago I visited Tombstone AZ. The old courthouse had a door off the side and if you were convicted of murder and sentenced to hang you were walked out that door to the waiting gallows. No appeals for twenty years in those days in that town.

    I think the only reason they were charged was because they have money and connections. Total waste of government funds.

    You said robbed a bank. That always entails weapon of threatens use of one that is said to be concealed and that is armed robbery gun or not. Besides that robbery and mail fraud are world's apart armed or not.

    What has that got to do with Crazy Uncle Joe's proclamation and are you? As for Huffman, you are a little mixed up. You should be rooting for her light sentence as she was a staunch member of the million women march against Trump following the inauguration. Get woke man.

    14 days is a joke. The full 30-day sentence is what should have happened. imo
    Aunt Becky and her husband are trying to beat the charges altogether. I wonder if that will backfire on them.
    At least Felicity Huffman owned her part in it all.
