But(ter) of course! I think that I am going to make it a complete Sunday morning feast with fried eggs, bacon, pork sausages, bananas and potatoes of some kind that I am still deciding upon.
Come on people, bacon is a present hogs give you when you were nice to puppies as a boy. Bacon comes off the stomach and never looks like a mini ham steak!
My friend had a pet pig called bacon sandwich (He got it to grow up for meat but things change quickly lol) He used to go mad for bacon was disturbing but I realised that even pigs know bacon is the best.
not really, people wanted a result and over-exaggerated it, cause that is the result people were paying to see is smoking healthy, no, is it as evil as some try to make it out as... no in fact the oldest person to have ever lived was a smoker of just shy of 100 years of smoking, but she did not smoke to excess I agree that bacon is not a unhealthy food if not eaten to excess, same with sugar and cigarettes... the excess is what gets you they tried to do the same with sugar substitutes, then got caught and turns out you would have to eat like a ton of the stuff to be bad - they did the same with cigarettes, put monkeys in plastic cubes with smoke so thick you could cut it with a knife... they wanted a result and they got it we are talking about a government that places marijuana on the schedules one list... even though by their own rules it should not be on the list... if the government wants to label something bad... they will look at the war on fat... that benefited the farmers that made grains, HFCS and seed oils, not consumers
Some people seem immune from the hazards of nicotine, I've read medical articles on the phenomena. Mostly Nicotine is carcinogenic in any form, smoking, chewing, snuff and chewing gum. And not just to the exposes tissues but, the whole body. BACON GOOD! Truly no evidence of harm in abundance from fats, nitrates, etc. We agree on this point people wanted a result and over-exaggerated it, cause that is the result people were paying to see and that has had a dastardly effect on the diet. Driving people to carbohydrate sustenance when they can afford MEAT. So bad in the eighties that the American Diabetes Association was instructing insulin users to avoid bacon and eggs and enjoy your Special K (processed carbs) and low fat milk. Diet. Trust in the Glycemic Index. The velocity of food absorption.
Mix some in your tobacco for the anti cancer properties. It wouldn't hurt. BTW The Presence of a Carcinogen does not translate to clinical cancer. Clinical cancer translates as "cancer". I remember years ago when all us Californians were suppose to get cancer from all the BBQ we do. Never happened. Just the mistake of associating the presence of a carcinogen with cancer. And then there is the French Fries. don't worry
I was well ahead of you 20 years ago ha ha ha, these days I only don't smoke weed because of hassle and I'm not that bothered.
If I could get grade A weed that wasn't cheese I might rethink lol but in the UK everything is cheese. Exodus you have a lot to answer for, I have met the exodus crew and I got a OC clone from them which my mate killed in about 5 minutes, lol. Cheese is only a good Skunk No.1 pheno from sensi in the 80's.
UK What a shame. Here in the Greatest State of California we have daytime strains, night time, thinking time, partying time. It use to be getting worried the product was parsley. Today there is Green Crack, Pink Champagne, Platinum Kush, Mars OG and the list goes on. . . . .
Nicotine is in Tomatto's, Peppers, ect.. too "Eating nicotine-containing produce like peppers, tomatoes may lower Parkinson's risk" https://www.cbsnews.com/news/eating...e-peppers-tomatoes-may-lower-parkinsons-risk/ yep, sadly the government can not be trusted when it comes to health recommendations, as they have shown themselves to be biased towards the corps that bribe them the most
Old Memory working here - Isn't that a related alkaloid, Cotinine. Same Autonomic Nervous system effects, not much brain. Stimulates the nicotinic receptors of autonomic ganglia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cotinine Then there is Solanine in peppers, tomatoes and potatoes too. The reason you should not eat potatoes that are turning green. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanine Gotta wonder it "they" have their alkaloids straight.
Grow your own I cannot stand fresh tomatoes, it was only when I started growing my own did I realise I cannot stand supermarket tomatoes! I really like my own grown ones and heirloom seeds are easy to source.
they hate cigarettes, so they try to demonize nicotine, but forget nicotine is in many natural vegetables nicotine like most things is bad if abused to excess, same as sugar for example heck, too much sun is bad for you.... but I would not recommend 100% avoidance of it
that doesn't change the fact that tomatoes have nicotine in them, doesn't matter if you grow your own or buy them
choice is good, freedom is good, the people should decide for themselves, not the government decide for them
true that, home grown do taste better I have no issues eating the nicotine in tomatoes, I just find it funny to point out they have nicotine in them when people claim how evil nicotine is
One of my regular weekday dinners - 2 fried bacon rashers, two halves of a fresh tomato in the same frying pan/skillet, in a separate saucepan a small tin of baked beans with chopped-up sundried tomatoes mixed in, and lastly (lest it gets cold whilst serving) an egg fried in the by-now bacon-flavoured virgin olive oil in the skillet - and all this atop two big toasted slices of Sainsbury's wholemeal bloomer.
