Legal Abortion is not the #1 cause of death....more women die in childbirth and from illegal abortions And yes clinics are where there is a need. Many of my students who were very poor went to planned parenthood to get contraception.

HOW is an abortion for rape or incest different from an abortion due to consensual sex??? It isn't. The procedure and outcome are exactly the same.
