The majority of those on the Left believe in forced vaccination.
Many of them also say the fetus is not a person.

If Pro-Lifers disappeared, how long do you think it would be before we would see FORCED abortion?
As a matter of government policy in the name of the overall public good. This has already appeared in Communist China.

If you don't believe in the choice of someone over their individual body when it comes to vaccination, don't you think it's a bit inconsistent to be arguing the right to remain pregnant is an absolute right?
And of course, if you don't believe the fetus has any of the rights as a person, the considerations of the life of the fetus itself during a forced abortion should be completely irrelevant, wouldn't it?

I'm just pointing out the big inconsistency I'm seeing here.
If you believe in bodily autonomy and individual choice, you should not be arguing in favor of mandatory vaccinations.

This is almost as irrellevant as your Panda Bear thread :)

You may have a point...if women have the right to their own bodies taken away by Anti-Choicers there will be a slippery slope to forced abortions....

afterall , if women don't have a right to their bodies, as Anti-Choicers contend, then it would apply to everything ...Once a slave, always a slave.....

The argument against forced abortion wouldn't be based so much on bodily rights of the woman and individual choice, that much is true.

In fact, if forced abortion existed, it could raise some inconsistencies on both sides, pro-life and pro-choice. Although I doubt many people would notice these inconsistencies. Pro-choicers would just object to it on the grounds of female choice, while pro-lifers would object to it on the grounds of life.
