I don't think (but am not certain) that Biden can do anything about it. He would be hard pressed to stop a DNI from declassifying anything a DNI says can be unclassified.particularly in response to a special prosecutor.

We'll see, just as I said in 2017 let the chips fall where they may with Trumps investigation, same goes here. But wait, they may be Democrats and some Democrats seem to have a license to lie to the government.
