    I don't know if they are racist or not, but all of these trials always turn out the same no matter what the evidence produces.

    If the shot in the back was the 3rd shot, then likely yes. He wasn't clearly running away when the officer began shooting.

    Oh, I see your point. I don't know enough about this to say which shot happened when. I was responding to someone who seemed to be claiming this was analagous to an active shooter situation.

    Heck, during the deep days of Jim Crow they would make the cops pay a few bucks for the casket of the guy they murdered. Today the cops get paid vacations and letters of commendation, if not a promotion for a job well-done.

    If you stop for the police as the law demands, you would get your day in court. Failure to do so is the first step in subverting justice. You folks support criminals and oppose the police, any notion of justice you might express seems flawed...

    Every time there has never been a police shooting that you have said the police were in the wrong. NEVER.

    No if a officer is in danger then only a fool wouldn't shoot, but when a man is running from you and unarmed he is not a threat to you.

    What a crock of ****, nobody supports criminals and oppose cops. The police are suppose to uphold the law, not break it. If everyone followed the law there would be no need for the police, but they don't cops are suppose to maintain order not cause chaos and unjustly murder folks.

    Of course you folks support criminals, and unjustly accuse the police. How many times have juries and grand juries realized that the these cops didn't commit any crime. Only those that oppose the police and support criminals would see things the way you do...

    Nope, I waited for the evidence and those properly found guilty I did not call the jury racist.

    It doesn't matter if he is running trying to escape capture or having already attacked the officer and tried to obtain his weapon and is trying again you call it murder and the juries racist.
