McCabe has totally self admitted a deep state coup attempt against a duly elected president. He should be behind bars selling his book. So who is going to bring the perps to justice?

How can you be charged with a crime when you apply a law provided for in the constitution?

Didn't watch the entire 60 minutes piece, but I find nothing alarming in the part of McCabe shown in your clip. The investigation into the people in the campaign of Trump had been going on for 10 months by May 2017 and Trumps actions (and words) that month only added to the smoke...

I still tend to believe Rosenstein when he says he was joking about wearing a wire but I can see how good sarcasm would be taking as seriousness by McCabe and others...

A law cannot apply to a single individual.

If Trump is crazy, and several former members of his administration think so - all people he appointed himself - he can be overthrown by the 25th.

This guy is just lying to save his own butt. I wonder what Nunes says about this.

McCabe claims that he told McConnell, Ryan & other members of the “Gang of 8” that he had opened an investigation into @realDonaldTrump immediately after Comey was fired. Not a single lawmaker objected, he says. “No one objected.”

Going to jail for attempting a coup, or as the media says a soft coup.

Again, how is it a "coup" when the action is provided for under the Constitution?

The States working on an Article V Convention "attempting a soft rebellion"?

If we're going to go to the 25th amendment every time a President we're butthurt over gets elected, we may as well close down the shop fella's.

I notice you didn't answer my question, so I'll ask it again.

How is it a "coup" when the action is provided for under the Constitution?

We can go at this all day, but in short form, you can't go around plotting to take a president out on the 25th amendment. Now go watch the FBI lawyer's video they explain it in plain english.

Where does it say that in the 25th Amendment? Are you saying that thoughtcrimes are a thing in Trump's America?

The thought crime is what your boy McCabe was trying to use to take down a sitting president. Watch the video are you afraid to watch it?

You still didn't answer my question. Where does the 25th Amendment limit the reasons by which it can be invoked or discussed being invoked?

The only media that propagates this falsity is Fox News.

McCabe is absolutely safe because it is his duty, like the members of the cabinet, to protect institutions from a corrupt mental patient like Donald Trump.

And to overthrow a President who attacks the foundations of our democracy is possible thanks to the 25th amendment.

Have you ever read the Constitution?

So it’s ok to attempt to collude with Russia in trump tower but it’s not ok to follow the constitution?

Aren’t you trying to charge McCabe with a thought crime? It’s not illegal to think about the 25th amendment lol
