If you would have watched the hearings with an open mind you'd know they haven't been onsided or partisan crap.

The UK. The same is true here about bitterness I think, although there was a very bitter ideological struggle in the 80s between thatcher and the unions. Of course, recently, Brexit has been hugely contentious

It was planned and there is no indication it would be stopped. It might have been better contained, that's it.

But, that it was planned and there is no logical reason to believe it would not have been implemented, and that is all that matters.

YOu haven't provided any logical reason, or evidence, to refute this.

The electoral count act doesn't legalize subversion.
Patronizing is not a merit worthy counter argument, it does not improve an argument, and, additionally, it is a non argument.

The Electoral Count act was followed and no laws broken.. your “committee” or CNN ain’t gonna tell you that. You obviously missed the “educate yourself” part.

You assume that the DOJ is going to prosecute Trump right away. He's committed so many crimes, it would not be practical to prosecute each and every one. the last year is all about his attempt to overturn the election, and the 1/6 attack, and the bulk of the DOJ's time was spent prosecuting the 800 involved in the attack, and that took up a lot of their resources. Now that that cycle is pretty much complete, they empaneled a grand jury, and have requested the transcripts of all the testimony given though the 1000 people who testified.

The thing takes time, so, patience.

But, as for 'prove it' on my list, look at the following table, and to the right column, is the 'source' which details the crime. There are some 48 crimes listed with sourcing.

Obviously, but that doesn't answer the question,"why should he look up 'treason' ? "

Citizens are not the arbiters of law being constitutional or not.

Only the SCOTUS can do that.

All of your sources are highly biased right wing sources, and Newsweek, a sober, centrist source, debunks it.

The 12th Amendment does not grant the vice president any authority to discard state's certificates of their respective votes.

Oh, I was never really clear on that point, though I am inclined. But, more solit on the 7 points illuminated by the committee.

It doesn't look good for the prez.

Although I'm American, it's surprising to me how often I fantasize about pulling up stakes and moving somewhere in the 'backwoods' of Wales. In theory, it wouldn't be all that hard, I suppose. I'm retired now, and the idea of living somewhere in a remote setting where half of a country doesn't hate the other half's guts is more and more appealing. I have heard that the Welsh don't like anybody who isn't Welsh, but I'm sure I could overcome a lot of that by just being very quiet.

I just want to 'cut to the chase'. If there's a logical, legal basis for a case against Trump then let them BRING IT! If Trump's found guilty in a court of law, then let him suffer the appropriate punishment. But all this over-frothed "drama" is nothing but a boring sideshow -- especially after all the Trump-haters made fools of themselves with two laughable 'impeachments', and, their lamentable, deceitful "Russia, Russia, Russia" idiocy which will continue to stain all of them for the next fifty years!

It's not over-frothed drama, nor is it a sideshow. Only if you've predetermined that it is, but IF (and we know you didn't) watch with and open mind and judge the witness's on their demeanor and testimony, then you start to see the extent the tRump administration, guided by Benedict Donald himself, conspired to defraud OUR Government using the full power of the Presidency of These United States. You cannot watch the testimony of Judge Luttig without feeling the pain it was for him to have to tell the truth, when that truth was that Donald Judas tRump was tried to get his Vice President to break the law so that he could retain power. You can't watch and disbelieve the earnestness of Rusty Bowers, telling how he was strong armed to lie about the election results in Arizona and the torment he and his family endured when he refused Rudy Giuliani and then president tRump. But then you dream of abandoning These United States, so what do you care.
The only person, history will show, that made a fool of himself is Mitch McConnell by keeping his republicans from voting for an impeachment conviction ... twice. Bill Barr did an artful job of obfuscating the results of the Mueller Report, but there again, history will show, that tRump and his presidential campaign did Collude with Russia for help to get elected.
The timeline of Trump's ties with Russia lines up with allegations of conspiracy and misconduct

Trump tried to overturn the election and I believe he committed illegal acts.

    We'll just have to disagree.
Patronizing, a form of posturing & self puffery, is not an valid argument, it is a non argument, obviously.

Never really clear? You clearly called it "treason". Are you admitting that you lied when you clearly called it "treason"?

I didn't call it Treason, the OP makes it clear that that is Kirschner's claim.

He gave 5 data points to support that claim. I agreed with four of the five.

Whether or not that equals Treason, I have no idea, though I am leaning towards believing it, as in 'I'm inclined to agree".

I also stated that I believe Trump should be prosecuted, but I did not state on what charge.

    Can you read?

You have to prove "I believe he committed illegal acts." You are being fed what Pelosi wants you fed, just like the impeachment.... I don't see how illegal evidence collected by the illegit illegal committee can be used in a court down the road... Fruit of the poisonous tree applies just like in Russiagate... there should have not been one person involved in the Trump campaign indicted let alone convicted because our own government illegally collected and used illegal manufatured evidence.

But you want to play court where there is no court. This is just a hearing. You want to keep the false narrative going on the forum so no one talks about Joe Bidens total screwup of a presidency...

The table lists all the potential crimes, and the column to right, gives the source document.
    https://www.citizensforethics.org/r...ecord-of-uncharged-criminal-misconduct/#table
    Partisan drivel.
All the key White House personnel were invited to testify. When many declined, they were subpoenaed. When they did't show, they were referred to the DOJ. the opposition had every opportunity to show up and state their case. They declined.
False equivalency because the Republican Senate was corrupted by Trump.
It's only evidence if the DOJ requests it and uses it as evidence. Until then, it's just facts.
As for the legality, the committee as affirmed by a house vote, and that makes it legal.
If that were true, you'd have a point.
the suffix, '--gate' is applied to universally accepted scandals. Since the slang is only used by partisans on the right, it's not a scandal, it's merely partisan drivel, wishful thinking.
Horse manure. Your premise is far removed from reality.
Well you are making so many bogus claims your credibility is zero.

Joe Biden, within his first year, got the infrastructure bill past, it's on par with the high way bill of Eisenhower, it goes way beyond it.

Trump tried for four years to get an infrastructure bill passed, and he couldn't do it. He wanted to pull out of Afghanistan for four years and couldn't do it.

You are blaming inflation on Biden, but that's not fair. 1/4 is due to the 1.9T Trump tax cut (deficits are partly funded by fiat currency) and 1/4 is due to the 2T Trump stimulous (fiat currency), and 1/4 is due war in Ukraine (gas shortage cause high gas prices) and 1/4 is due to Biden's stimulus (fiat currency). Both Trump's and Biden's stimulous were due to the pandemic. Had they both not done these things, the economy would have sunk into a dangerous deflationary period. Once it starts, it's hard to stop.

So, what happened was the the economy was saved. When doing a stimulus, it is better to over do it than to take a chance and under do it. But the price we pay for overdoing it is inflation.

See, you don't have a clue on what the facts are. You'll just keep on with your partisan drivel and for what, to put the most corrupt man in history a back in office? I don't think so.

Trump's lying over many months that dems stole the election incited the juggernaut of rage that erupted into an attack on the capital.
