    No, it won't. Congress will pass the necessary legislation to keep government operational.

    No President does, which is why Presidents have advisors.

    Although Democrats are opposed to pretty much anything Trump does right now, I think keeping the world economy from crashing is something effectively everyone at congress can agree upon.
