There is a Right to live somewhere and work somewhere.

If you can pay what it takes to buy or rent a place to live, some person does not want another person to have it because of their Race, or Gender or because they are Homsosexual etc..

Same thing for Employment, not hiring a qualified candidate because they are Homosexual.

Rights ensure equal treatment for all humans regardless of Race, Religion, Homosexual, Gender, etc...

Your pretending not to understand something as simple as Gay Rights means either of two things,
You are not Gay,
Or You are for some odd reason ignoring the entire Gay Civil Rights movement and struggle.

Everyone should have Equal Rights and equal access to the basics of life and should not be denied on the simple basis or bias against being Homosexual, Black, Hispanic, Religious beliefs or the lack thereof etc.....

A Mexican, a Legal U.S. resident for example, has just as much Right to Rent or buy and own a home, as anyone else, provided he or she can pay what it costs.

Yet Racists that hate Mexican Americans, will conspire to make that does not happen.

Same thing for Blacks, Gays, anybody Bigots hate.

if the seller wants to sell it to them. They do not have the right to make the sellers sell them something if they don't want to.

Housing Discrimination has been an issue for ages, not allowing Blacks or Gay people to live in upscale Neighborhoods, by capriciously denying applications to qualified people, some Lawyers and Physicians no less.

yeah that's a problem now cuz we have all these homosexuals living in the streets because they were denied housing.

 

I showed your posts to a guy that thinks Gay People are a bit odd, and he wondered what was up with your posts.
Show them to other Gay people and see if they agree with you.

 

None of your business. I want to buy the house of my dreams because I like it. I want to move into that apartment because I like how close it is to my job. You have no right to deny me the purchase or mortgage of same, due to my perceived sexual orientation, and continue to do business free of government sanction, because you have no right to do business at all. Government is entitled to regulate commercial activity. You have no right to be free of it or its consequences. So don't sell me the house and pay the fines and lose your license to engage in commercial activity. If push comes to shove, you get cited with contempt, governments get a lien put on your property, freezes your assets and forces bankruptcy.

Both of us still enjoy our 'right' to vote and government enjoys its entitlement to regulate behavior and punish recalcitrants. If you are a business person don't want to engage in commerce under a given set of regulations, you can pick your ass up and move elsewhere.

It does not matter how narrowly you define 'rights' except in your imagination.
