Ah....an insult followed by another insult because you failed to have a valid reason against gun registration. And a pathetic fail and defending the republicans accepting bribes from the NRA. Slap me? LOL....what an internet forum warrior you are. It makes me want to....:hiding:

That's delusional and based on assumptions which don't match reality.

Fake news. When you buy a gun, the dealer can registered it at the same time as doing the background check. You can't wait a few days? What? you expect to be robbed at any moment? Give me a break.

The ffl dealer would do it, a single paper send in with the background check.

I disagree that most people wouldn’t bother.

    Do you support voter ID’s?

Criminals do not get to own guns. Are you arguing otherwise?

My argument against registration is Rock solid. First no one will do it. And if you can't make them. Second it won't stop people from obtaining guns illegally. I explained one way of how criminals could obtain brand-spanking-new illegal guns.

    You didn't counter that.

I agree, so let's add a financial reason to get it right

"let's add to the law that anyone falsely committed will be paid by the state 1 million dollars for every month confined"

states are less likely to allow abuse if it costs them biggly each time they abuse it

So you don't know what the Second Amendment is for. It is to give people the power to kill federal agents if our government tries to become a tyrant. It is not for law-abiding citizens. It is to keep power backup the amendments to the Constitution in the hands of the people.

if you want to stand in the way of that you necessarily want to undermine the Constitution of the United States.

Not arguments. You can buy a gun report stolen and sell it to a criminal.

It’s much easier to burry their head in the sand.

People that are continually losing weapons or having weapons stolen would be investigated.
    Then arrested
    Then jailed

The government have the armed forces. And if the armed forces should ever (hypothetically) turned on the citizens, you can bet they have the necessary fire power to kill us all. Understand, as a gun owner, I want to make it harder for the criminal types to get firearms. Can they buy on the black market? Sure, but then they have to risk it dealing with some unsavory characters to do so. That will be enough to prevent a few from proceeding.

When the police do an investigation and finds out nothing else was stolen except your gun, they should put you on a suspicious list. If this happen a second time, no more gun for you.

I argued every point you made you stuck your head in the sand and whined and cried about being insulted.

You got owned and then play the victim.

yeah cuz the police monitor everything there's no such thing as organized crime their camp because they would be investigated then arrested then jailed right.

Your arguments are s*** dude. You got owned you played victim and accused me of doing exactly what you did.

The state is not doing this. The families and friends of individuals who may be mentally ill identify the individuals for evaluation. If the private sector professional medical teams so judges they are confined for inpatient treatment.

I don't think the armed forces would go along with that, second if they're going to Nuke the entire country they would be killing off their meal ticket. 3rd if I die fighting for liberty then my death was worth it.

then why do you support idiotic laws that do nothing?
that's where they go anyway and that's the people they deal with anyway. Why do you want to make it harder for none criminals to get guns I do nothing to make it harder for criminals to do it?
it never has before. After imposing restrictions on not criminals don't want to buy guns it still won't.

    Then we streamline the process.
It doesn’t need to be overwhelming to be effective.

If it's illegal for criminals to own guns then there shouldn't be any murder or crime committed with guns unless they just break the law.

And that's the point you can't control people who break the law with law, they'll just break it.

And I'm sure the police will be impeccable keeping up with this because they're so great at everything else.

I mean there's no drugs here there's no drug dealers there's no human trafficking. Because the police would just be on top of it it's not like you can do things that are against the law and get away with it.

Best way to do that is eliminate it because it does no good any way.
