You mean where is the evidence sitting right now? My guess is one or more of the following having it...
The district attorney's Bureau of Investigation, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s Office, the FBI, the Covina Police Department and the California Secretary of State’s Office

Yeah, you'll be proved right when they show up in court without the actual documents falsified and signed by the defendants. No evidence at all lol.

Gee....even Tucker Carlson believes we should see evidence. Or is he "dumb" too?

We invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would have given her the whole hour,” Carlson said. “But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests. Not a page. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her.”
Carlson also noted: “She never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.

Guess the ballots with supporting verifications will need to be looked at to make your claim supported.
    Hope they kept the envelopes

I don't remember making any claims that require support. What are you alleging exactly?

two very different systems. You lay out a broad argument for public consumption with enough evidence to persuade the public, prior to and during court proceeding to win the 'pr' battle. When you get into court, you provide the court with sufficient evidence and a cogent legal theory to proceed with an evidentiary hearing and then comply with pending discovery motions. If you are being escorted out the door by the judge for want of evidence substantial enough to warrant even the first early steps, or a legal theory offering a reason for judicial action over and over and over again all over the country, there is a problem with both the evidence and the theory.

Trump's team is being laughed out the courtroom door.

You claimed the affidavits are unsupported.
A good inspection of the ballots with all supporting verification will prove you correct.

They'll soon fall in line with the Trump strategy to steal the election through faithless electors in swing states. Mark my words.

see, now its more complicated. Fox created and fed this conspiracy breeding monster for 4 years, now they are having a tiff, and he wants to breathe life into a competitor for the conservative media giant and take his die hards with him..

Yeah, they have to sleep in the bed they made. They are in-between a rock and a hard place: 1) Tow the Trump line, even though they know it could destroy democracy. 2) Call out Trump, and watch their rating plummet because Trump will take their viewers to Trump news. They should have seen the writing on the wall before it was too late.

And there are no court cases I'm aware of that are still active where there's any evidence in support of any affidavits. Wishful thinking does not amount to supporting evidence that has actually been entered into the court records. I'm not sure where you're going with this but states are proceeding with certification and I doubt there's anything, including these multiple frivolous and obstructive lawsuits that will prevent the inevitable, that Biden will be sworn in as President. He was not my first choice by any means but then again a rock would be a better choice than this demented monstrosity infesting the White House.

    Giggles.
Be ready to show the ballots with verification.

You cant just defy state election law and expect to win.
If you want to win, you have to win with votes in compliance with state election law.
Get ready to demonstrate compliance. Hope you kept the envelopes. It will be much easier for you

If you show the ballots now and demonstrate compliance with existing state election law, you'll have nothing to worry about. Easy peasy

So you have no point then. Sorry I have nothing to do with election law or the election process (other than voting) or any of these court actions. I think you are confused or flailing or both.

If they expected her to go public with her evidence in the media circus and have her witnesses doxed and intimidated before they testified, they demonstrated how little they know about the legal process. She is obligated to make her case in court. She has no obligation to a bunch of pundits whose only interests would be to criticize her and unleash violence against those who came forward to report wrong doing.

Its sort of a mirror image of the problem the GOP Senate has had too. Except there is even less evidence that these Senators cared about the damage to democracy, than there is the Fox network does now and that is quite possibly the saddest truth of this entire administration. Other than Romney, a more cynical gutless batch of politicians I have never seen, and that is one hell of a low bar, I can tell you!

That's how cults work unfortunately. Nothing matters except total devotion to the cult leader regardless of the outcome.

Maybe, but the type of evidence required to make this particular voter fraud case seems an almost impossible standard to meet. I'm sure there was real voter fraud in the election, but the type you can prove is never going to be enough to overturn the results, even if you remove all of the dead people ballots. But Powell is claiming that voting machines were rigged nationwide and that she can prove it.

That just doesn't sound like she could realistically make that case sufficiently to get some sort of remedy to change the results.
