When I served in the Corps (69-71) I only had one freaking day of training for fighting on the nuclear battlefield. We were instructed to dig a freaking hole and to cover our asses during the nuclear blast. Then we were suppose to crawl out of our holes and while armed with our M-14's route step towards the area of the blast to occupy the territory. Kill any commie who survived the blast. Now those Marines and soldiers who served before me actually trained doing the same thing out in Nevada using a real nuke.
Yes, and sadly, many of those who trained with real bombs, died of cancer later. One of them was my stepfather.
I don't know what I will die from but the VA has already denied my tinnitus disability claim. I should have gone with that I was broken and damaged goods and have PTSD. Then there was Agent Orange and all of those pipes on navy ships wrapped in asbestos. Even the glove you used to change the hot barrel on a M-60 machine gun was sanestos. No one really knows what the long term effect eating SOS (**** on the shingles) every morning had on the human body.
So you are all upset that Sarah works at Fox, but, you have nothing on McCabe working at CNN? Fascinating! IF THEY DO, I HOPE THEY RAID HIS HOUSE AT 4AM LIKE THEY DID WITH PAUL MANAFORT: Prosecutors Near Decision on Whether to Indict Andrew McCabe. Perp-walking him off a live CNN set is also acceptable.
Oh wow. All you have is just the SAME (Lame, Played-Out) RW "Whatboutism"? If you want to talk about McCabe, feel free to start a new THREAD (on that subject). This thread is about Sarah Sandres, try to stay on topic. Thx in advance. Now, actually, back ON-Topic: Trump scraped the bottom of the barrel for a Press Secretary = Sarah Sanders Fox scraped the bottom of the barrel for a "contributor" = Sarah Sanders What a great symmetry.
He was at the center of the Russia hoax and may soon be indicted. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/26/us/politics/andrew-mccabe-indictment-decision.html
They did the same to Roger Stone and the Judge, in banning his right to free speech said, "It seems he is determined to make himself the subject of the story". What could she possibly expect? Incredible! https://www.cnbc.com/2019/07/16/rog...dia-after-judge-rules-gag-order-breached.html
I'm NOT upset about Sarah being hired by FOX Conservative Propaganda Station, because she fits right in. Better to have her there than somewhere where she can do more damage to the public trust. I honestly admit not being familiar with McCabe, so I can't make any comments about him. But my initial response to your highly prejudiced post is that I know Sarah as a consummate liar without conscience, & I don't understand your enthusiasm for defending her on this forum. Such a defense makes me wonder what kind of values you have that allows such behavior. Of course, I know you have the right to take any stand you choose to, but having a right isn't always in concert with being right.
Mueller made it clear in his testimony before Congress that his investigation was no hoax. His report offered us all a great deal of evidence that not all was right with Trump & Russia. What I've heard of McCabe--which I admit is limited--it appears to me that McCabe was acting in concert with his oath of office, to "protect & defend" the U.S. Constitution, & he had serious concerns that Trump might be involved in actions that endangered that document & this nation. As a public servant, it was his sworn duty to follow up with those concerns. I see nothing here to blame him for, regardless of how it all turned out.
The number two guy in the FBI, the center of both Hillary's Whitewash and the Witch Hunt of Trump, fired for repeated lies and felony leaking, who was in the news for months, who is currently being evaluated for felony indictments, you missed all that? Then he is hired by CNN as a common-tater... You missed all that? How convenient!
Sorry I missed it, but somehow, I did. I remember discussions on the news mentioning that name, but it never caught my attention. Maybe I was just worn out by all the legal hassles surrounding Trump. I'm not a lawyer, & don't really enjoy deep discussions on legalese. I'll take some time & try catching up. But I did admit my ignorance here. I didn't pretend to know something I didn't--unlike Trump.
So you think he is actually ignorant of the fact that the number 2 guy at the FBI was fired for lying, is under felony investigation for illegally leaking to the media, and now has been hired by the media?
Yes, it's quite possible he never knew who Andrew McCabe is, or anyone involved in the Russia Hoax, because he watches MSNBC and, I suppose, CNN. He seems sincere enough but don't know why he would involve himself in a debate on the subject.
You're making a lot of charges here but haven't posted any evidence to support them. Do you have any?
