    he did not say they aided free trade but that they could be used as trump is using them to move toward free trade. See how easy you are??

    yes and they show Trump's free trade inclinations. Now if libcommie Europe wanted free trade too it would be done.

    You always need repetition. First, the focus on trade negotiations shifted from tariff to non-tariff yonks ago. Second, it is not possible to derive free trade with bilateralism. Indeed, the use of preferential trade agreements has harmed multilateralism. Third, for a liberal trade outcome to be successful there needs to be a strong dispute settlement process. The nationalist idjuts running the US are currently attacking such a process.
