You thought you could just invite someone over and then murder them?

This does not apply to Christian businesses.

The Democratic Party is authoritarian and applies the law arbitrarily as they see fit.

you kidding, phone companies will record your call at the request of the government

that said, Trump brought his ban on himself, has no one else to blame, personally if it was you or me, we would have been banned much earlier

Not for a request. They must have a warrant.

That, by definition, is called fascism.

My guess would be that there is some legalistic wormhole in the fine print that you agree to when you sign on that allows them to share your information with the government.

    They are fascists.

Unfortunately, our future is that of a fascist police state. Our homes and cars are wired with microphones and cameras - OnStar, cell phones, computers with microphones and cameras, etc.

The government can access any of those things any time they want.

And since the rule of law is breaking down at an ever more rapid pace, there is no longer any legal bulwark to stop them or protect us.

Nope. You cannot have a valid contract that violates the constitution. God knows, businesses try it all the time. The problem it is considered a civil case rather than criminal so the only penalty is writing a company check with “sorry” in the memo line.

The larger point is - we no longer have a judiciary that upholds the Constitution.

The Constitution was designed to protect our rights and property, but the Establishment has been systematically chipping away at it for decades.

We no longer live under the protection of the rule of law. Rather, we are governed by the corrupt.

no it's not, if you are suspected of a crime, it happens in capitalism too

now what Trump tried to do to comedians that said mean things about him, that was fascism

Given that Trump is a threat to national security, I can understand why Tech Companies don't want him in office, despite the corporate tax cuts.

No more than a bar putting up a sign that says, 'no shoes, no shirt, no service'.

You don't act according to the rules, you are not allowed inside.

    It's that simple.

That's rich considering Trump sued a comedian who said that Trump was the lovechild of his mother and an orangutan, not to mention he sued a guy who called him a millionaire instead of a billionaire, not to mention he tried to use eminent domain to kick a widow out of her home so he could build a limo garage there, not to mention he squelched the health care policy of his grand nephew who has cerebral policy and he did it because his brother's estate sued him for his tricking his father into approving a new will which cut them out of the will, thereby allowing Trump to get 1/4 of father's estate, instead of 1/5. I could co on, but you get the point.

Trump wanted to change libel and defamation laws so he could sue anyone that criticized him, including comedians, apparently.

The right to refuse service is usually reserved for A-holes and people who are scantily dressed in ways that would offend. It's understood that it is to be applied in good faith. Descriminating against LGBT is not allowed in I think some 27 states? I recall in the late 60s, in Hollywood, Barney's Beanery had a sign over the bar that said 'No ****!", it was there for years, but they finally was pressured to take it down back in the 70s.

But, there is a struggle to get anti-descrim laws to protect LGBT, and I support it. I think may states have them at the state level, but we need them at the federal level.

Ir applies to all borders, noting those issues are more complex.

    1) I'm a libertarian, not a Republican. I don't have to reflexively defend Trump.

    2) What in the world does your post have to with fascism??

Is that what you think fascism is??

I suspect most libertarians do not support Trump, but Ron Paul, who I believe is a Libertarian/Repub, does. But, if you don't, then never mind ,the comment was meant for someone who would post similarly and support Trump.
It would be pertinent if you did support Trump, who has fascistic tendencies.

Why is Trump more of a fascist than Biden??

BlackRock is buying up mortgages, while Biden is putting the squeeze on landlords, many of whom will lose their properties.

Franchise owners who don't have the resources to survive the lockdowns are losing their stores, while the government subsidizes their would-be employees not to work.

What has Trump done that even approaches that??

Then too, the title of the thread - censorship by private corporations in conjunction with the agenda of Biden and the Democrats.

As I said, that "by definition" is fascism.

So give examples of how Trump is more fascist than those things??

How is a private platform "tyranical"?

BTW, it's like you've never been on FB before if you think that they've denied RW insanity a place to post crazy ****.

Pardon my truncating your reply, but your question is, indeed, the $64 thousand dollar question, so, I feel it deserves a reply that will address that concern.

The question can't be answered in a short 25 words or less answer. But, It's no longer a Trump v Biden thing, it's a Democrats v The Trump/Republican Party thing. And, the answer to that was pretty much rebutted, in it's entirety, by the debate that Bill Maher and Malcom Nance had versus Ben Shapiro, who took the republican view, of course, on their show aired this last Friday on 8/6/21.

To arrive at the answer to your question, watch this video, starting at 6:10 in the video ( I believe the URL will take you right to it , if not, go to 6:10 and watch from there, until your question is answered, but give the video a chance, don't throw up your arms just because you don't like Maher or Nance) they pretty much shut Shapiro down on the 'fascism' point, on the whole, noting there are elements of Shapiro's argument that Maher actually agrees with, as well do I, but your question goes to Biden v Trump, who is more fascistic, and it's about distinctions, which is all important to understand in order to arrive at the truth.
