Gas prices in New Jersey today

So you don't deny Biden raised gas prices. Noted.

 

Biden is having daily senile moments on tv. He even said at a news conference the other day "What am I doing here?" After forgetting someone's name and the day before Thatcher tried to walk off the stage after he was reminded to put on a mask he never wears.

The man is old and confused. He can barely get through his news conference.

He killed jobs on day 1 and he killed women's sports. He is being soft on Mexico and China and can't event get out stimulus money.

Nancy said when Biden was president we would get stimulus money fast. They controll the house and Senate. Yet we are still not even close to seeing it.

Kamala said people were starving and needed the money but who us holding it up? Democrats over fing pork that has NOTHING to do with stimulus or covid 19. WTF?

You all blamed Trump for Nancy Pelosi blocking stimulus and now you give the Democrats a free pass again.

This is a train wreck and add to that Obama is pushing for reparations for black people which is stupid. Why should we pay for that? I never owned slaves.

The pipeline made oil cheaper to transport thus lowering the cost of it.

Biden ended it killing over 10,000 American and Canadian jobs.

My day to day life has never and never will be impacted by who sits in the White House. It seem your day to day life somehow gets impacted by who sits in the White House but that says more about you than who’s on the White House.

None of that had any impact on the price of gas. Gas prices were already on the rise towards the end of Trumps presidency due to demand of oil being on the way up. You might recall the demand for oil was extremely low all over the world due to COVID during most of 2020.

 

If you watch the Market you should know that gas prices are going up worldwide first because the Saudis cut production to drive up the price and second because a lot of U.S. frackers lost there shirts as gas prices in recent years had plummeted and even giants like Exxon- Mobil were feeling the pinch as were all gas and oil companies. For over ten years it was a lousy business to be in as some like Chesapeake went bankrupt and many others were forced to downsize.

 

It is not just oil going up under Biden. In my State (WV) people heat with propane. I just had my tank filled last week at a cost of $1495. When I last had it filled the cost was under $900. The driver told me when he made my delivery the cost of propane went up 12 cents a gallon in one day. Let's revisit energy pricing in say a year. My prediction is that the impact of Biden will be a disaster like what happened during the Carter administration with gas shortages and double digit mortgage interest rates.

 

It's a shut down drilling thing. It's Russia and the Saudis making money while they can. In the meantime, the once energy independent US is now sucking on a shrinking global supply. This is all on Biden ,,, and it's only just begun.

Um....oil is not "going up under Biden". It has been going up due to demand going up due to more people being back to commuting and traveling.

 

The pipeline would have delivered Canadian Oil. If one is to chose who to trust as a back-up for our own production capacity- who would choose the Arabs over the Canadians?
Biden's shot both the pipeline and our own production in the foot, putting the Arabs back into the game as a major player. That's about as smart as getting all your antibiotics from China... and we already do get most of them there. Biden will be sure they get more of our business. Not just buy from them, but give them the technology too. Such a smart man....

 

Gas prices in my part of the country have been low and stable since Trump was elected. IF you can meet all your own needs, world prices do not dictate. They may influence- but not control. When you can't supply your own needs, then you have no choice but to turn to the world market.

I don't have to give Biden credit for anything except screwing up. That is all he's done so far; the vaccine's development, production and distribution system has all been done under Trump's watch- and the onnly places it's screwed up are states where the dems run things. That was to be expected; but now the screwing up will be on the national scale.

 

I'm sure your posting history will contradict what you just said. Did you not hate Trump?

He has been in office exactly 40 days and other than cancelling the unneeded Keystone pipeline he has passed no other legislation that might affect gasoline or oil supply. Oil and gas companies had all been losing money for well over ten years so now they are restricting supply to drive up prices, so much for a so called free market??

 

Europe is also seeing their prices rising and they already pay a hell of a loth more than we do.

 

I ALWAYS drive the one mile into New Jersey to buy my gasoline as they are always cheaper than Pa. and in Jersey they pump it for you.

 

You will not find even ONE post of me saying I hate Trump. And that's because I, in fact, don't hate Trump. In my opinion it would be irrational for me to hate someone who's never personally done me or my family wrong. Do I think Trump's a buffoon based on the way he acts? Yup...100%. Will never deny that. I also think Biden is a buffoon. Hell, I think majority of politicians are buffoons....and that goes for BOTH sides of the aisle.
