Transferring capital to black Americans would be a good place to start. Black Americans have always been the primary victims of Big Bad Government.

Control of education, the entire budget, should have always been transferred to the parents and guardians of children.

If you imagine this, as being done on an individual basis, then you are really arguing against there being an education budget, in the sense of it being a fund to use for any national system, or then, any national standards.

First thinking giving preferred treatment to people with black skin today somehow makes up for injustice done to other black people long gone, and second thinking giving special treatment to black guy A who is in college does anything at all for black guy B who is not.
