So you were arguing against something other than what I was suggesting, in your conversation with me?

Whatevs-- that makes it a bit confusing, though, on my end.

The best thing we could do with most of the tax revenue collected by government at every level would involve transferring most of that wealth into individual needs directed vested bank or brokerage accounts.
Transferring capital to black Americans would be a good place to start. Black Americans have always been the primary victims of Big Bad Government.

Control of education, the entire budget, should have always been transferred to the parents and guardians of children.

If you imagine this, as being done on an individual basis, then you are really arguing against there being an education budget, in the sense of it being a fund to use for any national system, or then, any national standards.

If, however, you were thinking the budgetary funds would stay in one repository, controlled by all parents, how do stipulate any decisions, as to how to use those funds, be decided?

How do they determine who's a descendant of a slave and who isn't?

Genealogical research, family by family. It'll take decades and most applicants won't be able to provide the proof.

The "national system" for education has probably been a boondoggle from the start. It has certainly been a failure since Johnny Can't Read. Teachers should be able to start and run their own schools from their homes or other sites, and the parents and guardians of the children should choose and pay teachers from their own vested education accounts.

Public school reform is an oxymoron.

"The signature Bloomberg administration reform of shutting down failing schools and replacing them with new schools has — itself — failed thousands of city students, a Daily News analysis finds.

The new schools opened under the mayor were supposed to have better teachers, better principals, and, ultimately, better test scores than the dysfunctional failure mills they were replacing.

But when The News examined 2012 state reading test scores for 154 public elementary and middle schools that have opened since Mayor Bloomberg took office, nearly 60% had passing rates that were lower than older schools with similar poverty rates."
NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, Bloomberg's new schools have failed thousands of city students, RACHEL MONAHAN, Updated: Sunday, July 22, 2012.

Yes, you guessed right: that is the language I am speaking, in response to this post of yours, which does not so well qualify, as a comprehensible communication, in that tongue:

You figured how social media works yet?

    Hint, projection equals bad tactics.

So, if you want to, first, explain what you were, so poorly, trying to say, then I will translate my answer, which was apparently too complex for your understanding.

223 k? that's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!? they should get like a billion each!

Better yet, why don't we just give ever democrat in America a billion dollars to leave!

We will then, be over Hundreds of Trillions of dollars in debt, but in the long run, we will save a lot of money, because all they do is print money anyways, and throw it at all of their problems.
The problems they intentionally cause in America, so then they can push their Radical Left Wing Socialist Agenda.

It ain't called the Green New Deal for nothing! pfffffffffffffft. Cause it wastes a lot of money! Money is Green. lol.

That thought crossed my mind. If I can find a single link in my ancestry of a black slave, does that qualify me to over $200,000 even though I'm white?

I need to move to Cali LOL.

I'm African American though not a decendant of anyone who was a slave or who faced Jim Crow but maybe I could get some cash then move back to Maryland. I'll need to look up this bill

I would think so. I mean if pocahantas can have hardley any native American in her, and yet qualify for the things she did, why can't the rest of us qualify if we have like 1 in 1,000 or worse odds of a heritage in us? lmao.

nah, we joke about it, but I'm not a liberal. I'd rather be honest about things, and not take advantage of others.
I'd rather not make excuses and be a whiney baby about things.

Exactly. That's why this whole idea is insanely problematic in the 21stC.

And of course, every man and his dog will find a way to be in California and identify as African American. If they're turned down, they'll have a solid claim against the policy in court. They WILL win, since all the precedents have been set.

Does that include eastern Europeans and Asians who escape modern slavery in sweat shops? Does it include white sex slaves? Or is this exclusively based on skin colour?

It would actually be an interesting political talking point generations hence. "Sorry, you can't complain about racism now, your mom got some money before you were born".

Yes it would. Doubly so actually. First thinking giving preferred treatment to people with black skin today somehow makes up for injustice done to other black people long gone, and second thinking giving special treatment to black guy A who is in college does anything at all for black guy B who is not. Both of these treat black people as a monolith.

Doing something to/for A does not mean doing it to/for B just because both are black.

That actually may get through the thick heads of more people if reparations does happen, and the black folks fight over who gets how much. "Oh second black person? We already gave that money to Tyronne and he bought a new Tesla. That will make up for you living in the ghetto right? Besides, he had more ancestors than you did who were slaves. Doesn't matter that you have suffered more than him and have faced more racism yourself than he himself has".
