"Delivering judgment in the court of appeal on the Ashers case in 2016, Northern Ireland’s lord chief justice, Sir Declan Morgan, said: “The supplier may provide the particular service to all or to none but not to a selection of customers based on prohibited grounds."

The Defendants have failed to prove unequivocally that by baking a Wedding cake for same sex Marriages that they are actually in fact in any substantial way promoting Gay Marriage.

So the 'gays' prevail again? It's only a matter of time before being bloody 'gay' is compulsory.

Not before actually making a wee bit of sense is compulsory, and at this rate, not bloodly likely Mate.

It should be noted that this case wasn’t about an actual wedding cake but a cake for a political event with a political slogan printed on it.

While I totally support the customers in the various actual wedding cake cases, I’m less certain on this one. I don’t think there is as strong a link between the (presumed) orientation of the customers and the cake here. Straight people are generally not going to have a same-sex marriage but they can certainly support and campaign for marriage equality.

    It is a stupid cake.
Kind of silly to make a political stand on a cake.

NASA will never stand for it !
