The humanitarian disaster zone is now a product of rocket attacks and underground invasion prompting reaction from a bully.

    *HINT*.....don't tease the Tiger.

So why do Gazans tolerate Hamas shooting rockets at Israel?

Might I remind you that Palestine was part of British Imperialism/Colonialism till after WWII when they disengaged from the area causing the territory to be split up in the first place.

This kind of report simply highlights the atrocity that is war.
When confronted with its actual effects, it is difficult to process and almost impossible not to empathize with the suffering.

It could come from any part of the world where two intractible enemies are shooting at each other.

Ever wonder why PTSD and suicide is so prevalent amongst "returning heroes"?

It's called departure, they just leave the area. The ones that are left are willing participants. I believe that's the case right now.

The people can't get out....but what you wrote is pretty genocidal. You basically seem to have the idea expressed here

    http://theweek.com/article/index/26...ices-eliminate-the-palestinians-or-make-peace

Ethnic cleansing itself is a crime against humanity.

Paleos throw rocks and feces at Israeli tanks. Why can't Gazans show their displeasure with Hamas the same way?

I was always under the impression that a departure is usually accompanied by a destination. The Egyptian border is closed as is the Israeli. That leaves some other place in gaza and where they can hope like hell that a couple of schmuks with rockets don't set up camp next door.

You might want to re-examine the case right now.

That's absurd, Gaza is 139 sq miles. I keep hearing how it's just a some militants with homemade rockets. How hard would it be to pack a few things and head to Uncle Abdul's 50 miles away? However, the more militarized Hamas is the less that would be an option.

Because they are fully behind Hamas and what they are doing.

Then we can safely assume they wholeheartedly want war. Israel should give them war.

The notion that the Palestinians are powerless is just comical. If a neighbor of mine pulled a rocket launcher into their back yard and started firing rockets, I'd pack a bag and head for my Uncle John's 30 miles from where I live. Anyone with 3 working synapses in their head would do that, especially if they had kids. If they stay it's because they want to be martyrs for Allah. I think the Israeli's should be good neighbors and help 'em out with that.

Hamas wants this. The Palestinians elected Hamas to direct the actions of Palestine and their government.

Right, because Hamas started firing rockets because they were bored one day.

Ok, the keywords being Following the kidnapping and murders of three Israeli teenagers in mid-June 2014

So thanks for proving me right. Israel, by your own words, doesn't start (*)(*)(*)(*). But it finishes it.

Can't go 50 miles in Gaza unless you like circles.

Gaza is only 25 miles long and roughly 6 miles wide. Hamas now has rockets that can hit Israel when fired from the Egyptian border.

Hamas are not responsible for the killings, nor are the random Palestinians that Israel killed after the episode.

Using your logic, since Israelis killed and burned a Palestinian boy, Hamas has the right to launch rockets into Israel.

Then why is there not a trace of Arabic in the archeology until after the Muslim invasion in the 7th century?

How about going where the rocket launchers aren't. Face it The Palestinians are a war like people and are using Gaza as a battle wagon to attack Israel. I truly have no sympathy for them, anymore than a little guy with a big attitude who walks into a bar, picks a fight with the biggest guy in the place and promptly ends up face down in the sawdust and spilled beer. If they want Israel to stop, then they need to stop firing rockets at them. It's no more complicated than that. I think Israel should hit their infrastructure hard. Take out water storage, electricity and all communications, sending 'em back to the stone age till they ask for safe passage out of the area.
