No, your rights as a human being cannot be taken away. Your rights as a "citizen" have to be fulfilled as they were voted on and accepted.

Simply stated, you need to fulfill your obligations as a citizen to live in this nation. If you do not want to do so, you can move to another nation and nothing will happen to you.

I have to say that this conversation has turned ridiculous. I should not have to spell out what is clearly known by all citizens of any nation in the world. These obligations are payment for all the benefits that you get from being an American
