what crime did Floyd commit? and yes, this was murder. It's why he's charged with murder.

murder does not require intent. it requires depraved indifference.

nope. a murder victim is not in any way responsible for the illegal actions taken against them. I hold criminals accountable for the crimes they commit. Not the crimes committed against them. You can not show Floyd committed a crime. And even if he committed a crime, he has constitutional rights all the same.
