You would punch a person and slam their head into concrete? All because you are being tracked? I can think of many dead young girls who no doubt wished somebody was tracking them. And they got killed. Zimmerman had the right to know what was happening in his own neighborhood. Bear in mind that Marvin was not a known resident.

 

There was no first degree murder to charge, the person trying to commit murder was killed in an act of self defense.

 

If say one of the neighbors had run out and had a gun and screamed at Martin to stop and get on the ground as the police pulled up Martin would have been arrested. He could have been charge from a felony battery to attempted murder, it was a purposeful act.

 

I won't assume thought. Evidence and Court hearings point to self defense.

 

The girl friend testified as to his frame of mind and the fact he was at the apartment.

 

This whole ugly story was debated her on PF ad nauseam at the time of the verdict. It seems rather pointless to drag it all back up again now. No one's mind has been changed since then. And no one's mind is going to get changed now.

 

The only person responsible for ruining George Zimmerman's life is George Zimmerman.

He intentionally stalked a teenager walking home from the store after being told implicitly by police dispatch not to do that.

Zimmerman made the choice to disregard instructions from the police, and his name will forever be tarnished because of that decision.

police dispatch is not in the position to instruct. You do not have to regard their instructions.

It was a bad idea, Martin could have had a gun.

Dispatch are not peace officers. Sometimes they're teenagers.

They do not have authority that are just people that answer phones. Sometimes they're not even connected with a department

The problem with your analogy, is it should have gone like this:

Z: my house is on fire!

Dispatch: ok, we are sending firemen to your location. Are you inside the house?

Z: yes

D: ok you need to leave.

Z: ok.

That’s reality and what actually happened and not your made up story. There is an actual transcript of Z’s 911 call you know.

Z said he was trying to find him(Martin) for them(dispatch), they(dispatch)ask if he is following him, he says yes, dispatch says specifically: “we don’t need you to do that”, he replies “ok” and headed back to his truck. After he started heading back is when Martin confronted him.

As far as this suit goes, dude needs to go away and stay away. It’s a stupid suit he’s going to lose.

 

I think he might get something out of that book author.
