The young lady spoke. Martin did not. I agree with FreshAir. As I said earlier, Martin may have also claimed self defense or stand your ground.

Who said he spoke at the trial? Do I need to quote you AGAIN?

You said he never spoke a word....however that is proven to be a lie.

He spoke plenty, and it was presented as evidence to a jury and a judge.

No one in this entire trial claimed "Stand your ground". It's cited on this thread already- happy to cite again.

    you did,

    you said "
You claimed "he was not able to speak".

He spoke, and it's been testified. He was on a call with a witness."

he never was able to speak at the trial, he died that night ... remember

Some of us watched the trial. There were 4 witnesses. GZ's own weight loss coach said GZ couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag.

The thing about it is, if TM had kept his hands to himself, GZ would not have shot him. Period.

Martin's whole story came out in trial. That's why GZ was found Not Guilty.

He did speak that night. The night you are referring to originally. He spoke plenty that included racial slurs as testified by his own friend.

What part of that upsets you?

And that is about the most intellectually lame argument you could make. Noted you can cite no evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that says it was even a manslaughter.

Odd that people feel so sympathetic for Trayvon. He was a bigot who attacked someone physically. All is proven. If a 6 foot tall white man attacked a black man using racial slurs the conversation would be going another direction.

Absolutely by it seems young black males are supposed to be able to engage in their violence and be protected by the prove.

Humans are outraged that Zimmerman he did. I bet people like you are outraged that someone was prosecuted for killing a black kid.

No, and this is where both Zimmerman and Martin were in the wrong. They took matters into their own hands. Martin should have called the cops on Zimmerman. If he had done that, he would be alive and Zimmerman would have been charged and likely run off from playing Batman. But when Martin turned it into a fight, that was a mistake. Not one that justified him dying and Zimmerman still got away with murder, but a bad decision nonetheless.
