If Zimmerman has any real money, pretty sure he would have lost a wrongful death suit. As it stands the Homeowners Association was the deeper pocket and paid that bill due.

Sure OJ's wife family sued the murderer in a civil suit. Zimmerman the murderer is suing the victim's family.

 

Zimmerman got his ass kicked by a teenager and pulled a gun and shot the teenager. Hated the verdict at the time. But to the subject at hand...…..he won't get dollar one from the lawsuit.

 

I saw a documentary on OJ and how he lives today. He ALWAYS asked to be paid in cash so the courts won't take it.

 

I'm not sure if you are just an internet tough guy or if you are really a violent person, but the idea that that you could turn around, knock someone down, and continuously bash his head into concrete and that's justified I find odd.

You don't sound like a person who should be let loose in decent society.

 

Except the civil case is predicated on the "girlfriend" not actually being the girlfriend who testified; that she's a fraud.

 

Or, Zimmerman could have spoken like an adult and avoided killing anyone..

So you have to wait until you are already seriously injured or dead before you can defend yourself? Can you cite that provision of the law? You could be killed by a blow to the head that doesn't even break the skin.

Martin was afraid. All he was doing was walking home from the store and talking on the phone. I can't imagine anyone would have construed that at as threat.

 

ZimZam called 911 and was told to stand down. Then there is the fact that Tray Tray didn't have a lethal weapon. Florida is such a trash state. I have an idea!!!!

Kids in my neighborhood walked to and from the bus stop at all hours and in all kids of weather .. and everyone wore hoodies. All that happened in Zimmerman's head and suddenly he's justified in killing an unarmed teen.

 

I can't remember what got ZimZam off on. Was it the "stand your ground" law or did he just argue that he felt his life was in danger? Never mind the fact that ZimZam instigated the whole incident.

If I were Trayvon's father I would make it my life's mission to make Zimmerman's life hell, whether it be legal or not.

The prosecution aimed too high with the "murder" charge. A "negligent homicide" charge would probably have stuck, but without a confession or a plea deal, the bar is very high for a "murder" charge. The whole episode was a feces show.

 

I think he got off on stand your ground. The threat was in George's imagination. How's that for a reason to kill someone?
