Probably take him another week to eat all that food thus extending his stay on this planet for that period of time..

its not extravagant or fancy. it sure isn't particularly original. Nothing there that is probably not on the daily or weekly menu already and easy to make. the ingrediants are already in the kitchen and none of it really takes much time in production.

The fact that anyone could possibly think that is extravagent is a very sad commentary of the gastronomical sophistication of the American public.

perhaps you should look up the definition of extravagent. Do people in your country eat that much in one sitting? Besides Hillary Clinton I dont know of any American that could hork that meal down in one sitting.

To the murderer in question it's as good as it gets. Having said that the last meal is traditional so let him have it then kill his worthless ass.

As I said, for this guy it's as good as it gets so for him it was extravagant. Seems like accurate reporting to me. Did you expect this moron to ask for caviar and lobster?

You should consider putting in a request with the Georgia authorities to see if you might be allowed to torture the man for a few days before they execute him. That would be so very American in this day and age.

A rationale approach would be to grant the request with a dollar and calorie limit and a common-sense decision on how practical it is. If the condemned request a steak and fries. Fine. 40-day dry aged steak from Morton's? No. Fried chicken and corn on the cob? Fine. A 10,000 calorie feast that he will likely not touch? No.

Their rules allow requests for a final meal, but the execution date and time is set.

You're kidding right? Examples please, just the ones that show American inmates getting tortured. Talk about extreme.
