Nowhere I can find. What does that have to do with the issue at hand ? The investigation isn't about Krebs being fired.

It would be quite a surprise, if Trump were not both prosecuted, and convicted, on at least obstruction, in the documents case. And I see no reason to think that would deter Trump's intentions. That conviction, though, I would guess-- if for no other reason than because of the need to have Secret Service personnel, at all times, protecting our former President-- result in nothing worse than "house arrest," from which I would expect Trump would be permitted to leave, for his campaign events.

While it will be harder to prove in court, this seemingly planned, Georgia prosecution, OTOH, over trying to pressure officials to forge fake election results, would have to result in a real prison sentence, I would imagine, if the D.A. can get a conviction.

    That might dampen Trump support.
    Probably?

Let me know when you get a conviction.

Until then, this is just years and years of the old man walking around the neighborhood screaming at the sky.

Firing someone for other than job related activities falls under Wrongful Termination.

IF there is a conviction (and I believe there will be at least one, probably multiple) will you then change your mind about Trump and his suitability to be President?

Then what was the job related reason Krebs was fired?

    Absolutely.

If it's a fair non-politically driven banana court. If the evidence is there, certainly.

However; we have been hearing about all these pending cases etc and so far it's been about 10 shots and not a single basket.

I believe it when i see it.

But will you object, also, if the old man's charges are confirmed, by the sky?

And how will you, not being in the courtroom, not being part of the jury, going to determine if the evidence is (or is not) there...or if the court is fair?

Let's say Trump gets convicted, how do you then determine that the conviction is justified?

Racketeering charges seem about right with this case against Trump. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    They haven't been yet.

That's the thing about being crazy. Crazy people don't generally realize they're nuts.

And there's the thing about people who want to leave themselves the option, to have it both ways-- you can't get them to commit to any perspective, enough to acknowledge the truth, then, of its converse, if there exists any possibility that their current opinion, proves to be wrong.

It goes to motive; accepting that Benedict Donald could fire Krebs without cause, his mindset for firing Krebs still could speak to his motive and the criminality of his actions in his attempt to overturn the election.

TRaitor tRump is suspected of taking hiding, lying about the possession of and secretly moving SCI level documents. IF convicted that could very well result in actual incarceration.

Anyone else convicted of a similar crime definitely would serve time in a federal prison.

"Could," and "will," are two very different things.

Just like "equal justice, under the law," and our system-- as it, in fact, "exists."

First he has to be charged and convicted. If charged and it goes to trial and, depending on which charges he’s found guilty, if any, will determine his sentence.

All it will take is one of his supporters on the jury and he walks.

Of course he could plea and get off with a lesser penalty, IF he’s even offered a deal.

In other words, explaining why some people plead guilty even if they're not guilty !

It happens, especially with poor people that are poorly represented. I doubt Donald Judas tRump would plea in any case, but it could happen.

The point was there are many, many possibilities. America, not just tRaitor tRump and his supporters, is in for a rocky road before this is over … if and when it’s over.

As I've already opined, from the news surrounding the investigation, as far as obstruction, in Trump's not returning the documents, promptly, when requested-- this case seems a slam dunk, and is almost as good as charged, already. There is maybe one chance in eight, that it will not be charged. If it is charged, the prosecutor would not want to settle for just a slap on the wrist. Federal prosecutors have an extremely high conviction rate. It is not going to be easy for a MAGAhead, to sneak into the jury. The reason this has taken so long, is that any case will be a Desert Storm of evidence-- shock and awe-- in which not only will no stone have been left unturned, but each will have been scrutinized, with state of the art spy satellite, high def imaging. I would guess no better than a one in six chance he would not be convicted. But even if we made that a one in five chance, or made the chance of no indictment, a one in six chance-- I see at least a two-thirds probability, of a Trump conviction (or plea deal, which would include house arrest).

But again, even if Trump loses his case-- because of his Secret Service personnel, who would go with Trump anywhere (even into prison), on an obstruction charge, I just think house arrest seems the more likely result.

I will grant you, if Smith recommends certain more gravely serious charges, closer to what one selling government secrets might be charged, and is then convicted-- yes, that would obviously mean time in prison. Perhaps I haven't given that scenario, the weight it deserves.

He serves at the PLEASURE of the President why would there be a criminal investigation into it? Do you know what that means?
