According to this, half of all newborns in many German cities are not German. Is this true?

The biggest problem with the deportations was the law, the how, why and when.
Germany had no Immigration law and still has none. There is now one on the table.
But it still means that there is no case law.
Right now a judge has basically to decide every single case.
Avery complicated and long drawn out affair.

    Not really.
Germany has a case by case ruling, but no immigration law, as of jet. Naturally all laws of Germany have to conform with EU law and can be challenged in a EU court. If the challenge wins, the law has to be changed.
    Maut !

You are basically saying the same as I do.
Yes most of the underground infrastructure like sewers, dated back to pre-war. Had never been updated, just patched. The underground infrastructure for modern construction, was built with inferior materials, cheap and when used over a few years failed and than did not get repaired. No money, a bankrupt country.
We took far over 10.000 probes and when the results came in, were shocked. We had never seen anything like this.
Decades of pollution, toxicity so high, that you would have to work in a hazmad suet, just working in the place.
What made us decide not to go into East Germany was several probes we pulled through the concrete of a Trabant factory paint shop.
The concrete, people were working on, was so toxic, that it needed to be removed and for clean up be moved to a toxic super dump.
The ground underneath, to a debt of 6 meter was so toxic it would have needed removal.
We just decided the liability problem was to great and nobody would be asked to remove billions of tons of contaminated soil, but would have to take responsibility for a proper clean up.
A proper clean up never happened, a clean up happened. There is not enough money in the world to clean up the mess in Eastern Germany.
It got a band aid, nothing more.

Without the rebuilt of the infrastructure, by West Germany, financed by its tax payers, no one would have invested into East Germany.
The private money flow you talk about, was only possible, because West Germany invested 100dreds of billions of DM into the infrastructure of East Germany. Without our tax payers money, the soli and some, no one would have dared to invest. It created the environment for the private investments.

The fact that east Germany alone payed massive for WW II somehow is ignored from you.

What was done after reunion was the absolute minimum to compensate for the efforts of eastern germans.

That said, i find it amusing when Wessis think east germans have to be thankful and act angry when they see that east germans stand for their own. No, we dont have to be thankful. We decide our own fate and we stand for our interests.

We are against mass immigration from 3rd world. We dont want help africans and middle easterners and we dont want be world welfare office. And we vote a,party that defends our interests. And does so quite sucessful.

This is a rather strange comment.
You might want to expand on it.
By the way, European culture and traditions are not based on race, the so called white folks as you mentioned, what ever they are.
It is base on a religion and its core values, the 10 commandments.
I am atheist, but the 10 are the core of our society. It does not matter what you believe, Christian, Jew, Agnostic, Atheist or Muslim, or which race you come from. The foundations of our culture are based on the New Testament and not race.
I struggled with the mentioning of God in the Grundgesetz, I am a Atheist.
It takes while and one must read the comments and the reasoning of the historical background to understand it
It is about the values of our society, which has its base in the 10.
That is us, or should be

    Seriously...
The EU got the Schengen agreement that demands all their citizens can move completely free from one to an other country to live and work. And because of that, it's not possible for say Malta to give citizenship to millions of Africans who than under the Schengen agreement move to Germany to legally live and work there. So you can say Germany got no laws... that's just irrelevant. Because of the Schengen agreement,... they just do.

Have you ever heard of the obnoxious American? Well they were the American tourists who criticized whatever country they were in - and especially France. Later on the French tourists would do the same towards the Spanish. You're just being an obnoxious German. You'll get over it.

Each EU country can have its own emigration laws and can decide who will become a citizen.
If they are a citizen of a EU country, they have the same rights, as every other citizen of a EU country, or a member country of the Schengen zone.
No matter of their origin, race or religion.
If a person has German citizenship, it does not matter by birth or immigration and naturalization, he/she is a German, no matter what race or religion.
I question one thing, dual citizenship. My opinion, make up your mind, either you are or you are not.

You butchered Greece to empower Turkey your former ally in the same way you butchered Serbia to empower your former allies Croatia and Bosnia. Brilliant move! If it wasn't for Germany's support of its former allies, Russia wouldn't have started rebuilding its armed forces in response. Today they are the second most powerful in the world except in its advanced technological weapons. In that they are first, while in costs the seventh.

Germany went along with the sanctions on Russia, so the EU lost over 300 billion, while Russia about 60 billion and because of it Russia became self sufficient in everything. It's a market the EU will never recover. Oh well, another brilliant move by Germany.

Today Germany's trying to destroy Britain for wanting out of the EU, and maybe Germany will succeed, but then you'll have Washington to contend with. Beware of Trump.

You know when the Greek politician Pangalos called the Germans political idiots for recognizing Croatia they were shocked. But guess what, he was right! They are!

Some countries arranged through law that even when you took up an other nationality, and are not living in the country, it doesn't mean you can denounce the citizenship. And your kids could inherit the citizenship too, that they also can not denounce. I think Turkey got something like that.

Had it not been for the Marshall Plan, Germany would have remained in the stone age we threw it in. Getting pay checks from Germany helped other nations pull themselves up as well - but not Russia or Eastern Europe. People should try to remember that when comparing nations and their economic growth.

Turkey wants to bind all its ethnics no matter what country they live it for its own ambitions and territorial expansion.

I know that anyone with a Jewish mother can claim Israeli citizenship, and anyone with a Greek father is legally considered Greek.

The reasoning behind this is that if they are expelled from the countries they live in as the Jews have been as well as the Greeks, their respective nations will take them in. It was problematic when Greece was ready to go to war over Cyprus, since so many Americans were there on holiday and had to grab the first plane so they wouldn't be drafted.

I know that in the US any German American who owned land in Nazi Germany had to join the German army in order to retain it. I had a childhood friend whose uncle was in the German army. I remember seeing him trying to ride a bike at the end of the war with one leg. At the time I didn't know why my friend's mother told me that they owned a lot of land in Germany, but I realized why when I grew older.

Today those same Christian laws have been expanded to almost all nations in the world, thanks to the colonists that are being condemned so readily.

The Marshal Plan was a gigantic help, but equally the understanding of Western European countries, that they should reach out and not make the mistakes of WWI again. Our oldest and former enemy France started the process. I would say one of the greatest gesture in history.
Others followed, the Benelux and than Italy. Without that the success story of West Germany would have been more difficult and not as rapid.
Never the less being occupied the Western Allies understood, giving West Germany a chance to redeem itself would be a very positive thing for Europe.
Just think of the time frame, 1949, 4 years after unconditional surrender and total destruction a new constitution was written, Das Grundgesetz.

It is a quality document, worth reading. It document the failures of the past, acknowledges the base of our culture and points out the future.
It stood the test of time, till now. Even when Germany reunited, it got confirmed, by all the states of Germany.
    That shows quality.
Only one part had to be removed, because it was accomplished, re-unification.

But here is the problem. West Germany was given that chance, the majority of West Germans understand, because they had to make good use of that chance. Little bit less with the newer generations.
The folks in East Germany, they went from NAZI dictatorship straight into socialism/cumunism/stalinism dictatorship. They tried to prevent that in June 1953 and met all the brutality a dictatorship can dish out and never tried again.
What do you want to call it 2 or 3 generations, which knew nothing but a totalitarian state.
We thought it would be easy, reunite and everybody would be happy Germans.
Nope, the differences that built are huge and will take probably 1 or 2 more generation to get rid of.
We in the West were very rich, still are. The East went bankrupt and left it citizens, with nothing and depended on the handout from the West.
Just think about that situation, very difficult.
The rebuilt is one of the greatest success stories ever, but the rebuilt of the nation, if successful, will overshadow it and will test our constitution and its values to its limits.
Especially with the rapid changes of today.
    One hell of a chalange.

The recognition of those values came rather late. Colonization was the opposite of those values, it meant genocide, slavery and racism.
Just the opposite of our values.
The colonists were just the opposite, they had no compassion, but for their kind and than even maybe. Can you blame them no, they were conquerors, carving out a new live in a alien world and they left a serious scare on those countries.
The recognition of our cultures values started with US and French revolution, bloody affairs. In Europe it took WWI and WWII to finally understand.
What is the base of our culture and what unites us.

What happened under the NAZIS, denial of the origin of our culture an values. What happened in the GDR, exactly the same thing.
Even if you are an Atheist like me, you can not denial that.
If you read the Paeamble and the commentaries to the German constitution, those values formed over 2000 years, are the base of what the constitution is.
It has nothing to do with religion at all, but values.
    Coming back to the OP.
Luebcke remind the audience of those values, a little clumsy, by all means.
    For that he got killed.
