In other words, infidels are evil and must be destroyed.

Funny how violence and murder is only wrong with done under Islamic hands. But Christians often justify when God orders the death of innocents in the Bible.

Certainly the first from the Declaration of Independence is familiar and understood.

Do you agree and accept that the framers of the founding documents intended for us to alter or abolish government destructive to our unalienable rights?

And the second is but an extension of the 1st amendment, reasonably into the ultimate function serving that defined in the Declaration of Independence.

Do you agree and accept that the ultimate purpose of free speech is to enable the unity adequate to effectively alter or abolish?

Since those two rights serve to protect all others, they are most prime.

It is not my "train of thought". It is that of the framers or of the American people if they are to be free.

When you try to think of the alternative to explain HOW the framers expected us to unify and alter or abolish, then you will realize that the purpose stated above is the ultimate purpose. Doing so establishes that the framers did not define empty rights.

If the framers intended for Americans to alter or abolish government destructive to unalienable rights, what did they intend to serve the PURPOSE of enabling the unity required to effectively alter or abolish if it is not free speech?

Who is one to question God? You are bringing up the Old Testament. The New Testament says, instead of killing those of sin, "let him without sin cast the first stone". Another words, no more killing. Because Jesus knew all men have sins.

The New Testament also explains how in the days of end, argument's like yours and persecution of Christianity will be everywhere.

If you actually read the Bible, it proves the existence of God through it's prophecies. Things that have taken place, are taken place, and things to come. With striking detail. This is not meant for the unfaithful to see. Jesus said "those with eyes, let them see, and those with ears, let them hear". This is not meant to be taken literal, but only as a parable. God will make sure those of no faith will be blind to the great deception. And that if were possible, even the very elect would be deceived.

This great deception is happening now. If you can't see or hear it, refer to the previous paragraph.

God is whatever anyone wants it to be.
But is it our creator? Is nature our creator?

There is no one 'Creator'. We are a diversified country, and each person has their own idea of 'Creator'. That is why they didn't lock it down to one specific one in the DOI.
Even if we can all agree what 'Creator' is the creator, since the 'Creator', has never specified any rights to humans anywhere, then man has to make them up as to what they think some 'Creator' would want them to be.

And the subject of the thread is 'God Given Rights'. Right in the title. Nothing about philosophy.

I will agree with that. But somehow that doesn't always translate that way to all natural rights.
Take LGBTs for example, they aren't granted their given rights to love whomever they choose by many who claim gun rights as you do. Even the person who liked your post hates to give others natural rights.
So then if the rule is as long as no others are infringed upon, it's a natural right. If one wants to donk his goat, no problems.

Except the God of the Bible supports both tyranny and slavery and you just advocated/apologized for murdering children because their parents choose to worship a different God.

So God in the Old Testament did not know all men sin?

the bible accepts slavery, rape, genocide of innocent people.

i don't think its a good source for so-called "natural human rights"

Why don't you show what 'God given rights' are? Where do you get the phrase?
    And what is 'God'?
All discussion is wide open if you can't put some boundaries on it. And I would agree, all boundaries are wide open.

Is that before or after God permits Moses' and his soldiers to murder innocent women and children of opposing tribes and take their virgin girls to rape ?

In fact the Bible's idea of a perfect government (the one Jesus himself will lead) is a brutal dictatorship that would make North Korea look like a hippy commune.

No, you are not free to live in society. That requires working with others and not trampling on others rights. That may involve compromise. Something you said you will never do.
You can't live in a free society, or any society without some type of compromise. And many things in society are for the benefit of the collective as it becomes more cost effective to have a power grid as opposed to each having their own electrical source. Or roads that can be used by all instead of you creating your own little path that only you can use. For you could never get enough pathway to do all you'd like to do.

Whats also lost is this nation is based on the laws of Nature and natures god. This does not mean Jesus or any other figure. Its about natural law which has also been forgotten . It was because King George was violating natural law by denying us these natural rights that we rebelled

No they are not. Some try to make it like that, but they are not synonymous. For most will try to put god in a box and say these are the attributes of god and this is what god wants.
Where 'Creator' is each own's personal creator.

Exactly, 'Creator' is open to whatever anyone wants it to be. Not some locked in the box Creator.
Therefore, each person's rights are what they want them to be, and should be that way, as long as other's rights aren't taken away.

Who said they were innocent? You? Young children would be the only innocent form of human beings. I was unaware that someone from our modern age, would be considered a witness to those thousands of years ago, as to their innocents. Do you even know why this event took place? If not, maybe you should figure that out before making such accusations, or questioning God.

You have no idea of God's plan, nor do you care. God said if they were to rape any of their woman they must marry them. That to me is saying, don't just leave them helpless, and take them in as your wife, spread Gods word to them. You put a spin on it, as if doing such a thing after bloodshed is a bad thing. These woman and children would have been left helpless without God. And back then, that is saying a lot. Any other tribe would have done what you are claiming was done.

Of course he knew, that's why he sent his only son. A New Testament had to happen, in order to save man from the lake of fire. Without the New Testament, nobody would make it to the Kingdom.

If God knew all men sin in the Old Testament, why didn't he just give the "no casting stones, you're all sinners" line then rather than having people murdered for thoughtcrimes?

It's more like God saying "hey rapist, here's a free pass to continue raping your victim."

Of course the Bible gives us rights, or a single right. Follow and teach the word of God, and you will have the right to enter his kingdom.
