    Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) asked the Fairfax County board of supervisors to order the local police department to establish an “expanded security perimeter” around the homes of three U.S. Supreme Court Justices who call the county home in a letter obtained by Breitbart News shows.

    “I am writing to respectfully request that the Fairfax County Police Department establish an expanded security perimeter around the homes of the three current Supreme Court Justices who reside in Fairfax County,” Youngkin wrote in part in the Wednesday letter to board members and chairman Jeff McKay.

    The Fairfax County board of supervisors controls the Fairfax County Police Department. Youngkin, as Breitbart News has already reported, has ordered the Virginia State Police — who report to him as governor — to monitor and assist in any way possible, something he reiterates in this letter.…

    T    his is a great step taken by the Governor of Virginia. According to federal and Virginia law it is a violation to parade or protest in front of members of a court including judges homes in order to try to get a different verdict. It’s now on the board of supervisors of the local county to help enforce said laws.

    Will the democrat majority on the county board of supervisors follow the law and help protect US Supreme Court members homes and occupants from domestic terrorist thugs targeting them.

    No one said anything about putting fencing around Supreme Court justices homes. Just placing law enforcement persons between the homes and the street thug Antifa shock troopers

    That would be a major crime.

    Sounds like they are not on private property. So why should he?

    But I think it would be great television to arrest them, and parade them on national tv in handcuffs.

    Even the sidewalks and the street in front of or near a judges home are off limits legally to these kind of demonstrations due to their attempt to influence the outcome of a court proceeding

    If Republicans get their act together and send activists to the protest the homes of liberal Supreme Court Justices, does your perspective change? If they begin doxxing leftist justices and mull openly over the consequences of murdering a liberal Supreme Court justice on twitter (as many liberals are doing), does that change your perspective?

    Does the federal law that bans protesting the homes of justices matter only when the justices are liberal? Does the Virginia law that also bans it only matter when the justices are liberals?
