    Idaho is protecting the unborn child. I suspect this has wide approval.

    Gov. Little signs ‘Fetal Heartbeat Bill’ into law, protecting the lives of the preborn


    Boise, Idaho – Governor Brad Little signed House Bill 366 into law today, the bill commonly known as the “Fetal Heartbeat Bill.”


    “Idaho is a state that values the most innocent of all lives – the lives of babies. We should never relent in our efforts to protect the lives of the preborn. Hundreds and hundreds of babies lose their lives every year in Idaho due to abortion, an absolute tragedy. I appreciate Idaho lawmakers for continuing to protect lives by passing this important legislation, and I am proud to sign the bill into law today,” Governor Little said.


    The bill bans abortions after a baby’s heartbeat is detected, around five or six weeks after conception. The legislation makes exceptions for medical emergencies and pregnancies that are the result of rape or incest. Use link for entire report.

    So, is every miscarriage after the heartbeat is detected going to be investigated to determine the cause of death?

    There should be no need for that as virtually every miscarriage is documented by the doctors as to the cause. There will be no need for your Slippery Slope.

    Since moving to Idaho in 2019, I do admit I love how this Governor operates. Your apology is accepted. Your reasoning is fallacious however.

    I would believe Biden were your statements true.

    Will every miscarriage receive the same police attention as the death of a 1 year old?

    This is correct, I have not made a decision on the law as I have not read it. Unlike you I do not make my choices based upon the PR from a politician.
