    *LOL*

You don't have any idea what you're talking about. Circular arguments with no legal basis.

Comprehension is your friend. NO ONE believes that. If the Trump team is using it, then they are duping fools. Everyone knows that is exactly the Judiciaries role. Seriously? WTF?

Can all you Lefties read the above post?

Thanks to Hoosier for again restating the obvious that no Leftists seems to want to understand.

Oh, I understand it. It represents a woefully uninformed argument/

If your point was to post facially baseless claims, you nailed it all by your lonesome.

Trump has DOJ lawyers making that argument before Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

You say they are duping fools, but if they convince just 2 of those 3 judges (and 4 of the 7 Supreme Court Justices), then the federal courts can never enforce a Congressional subpoena against the Executive Branch.

That is not what it means. It means top officials, Sec State, Chief of Staff, National Security Advisors are not available for fishing expeditions. FFS pull it together man. You're supposed to know about the law.

The point is Trump won't be removed from office either.

If you were a Senator and heard solid evidence that Trump did obstruct Congress and use US taxpayer funds as a lever against Ukraine for his own benefit, would you vote for his removal?

That might be the case, just decide to settle it between them.

"Govt watchdog says White House violated law by withholding Ukraine aid"

everyone knows this, sadly politics has become more of a sport too many, they defend the wrongs of the home team, it's almost cult like under Trump

It seems that way. I'd love to be a fly on the wall when the GOP Senators take the oath they must take as part of this process. It will be like some Cops who give evidence...after 'I swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.'

The GAO also said Obama violated the law by stealing money from a HHS research fund to replenish the funds he stole from Medicare. That generated a big yawn from the left, Democrats, and the media. The Republicans didn't react much because they were losing track of all of the Obamacare laws that Obama was changing by executive decree.

Already happened... it was pretty anti-climactic... I was hoping the TV camera would zoom in on McConnell's fingers crossed behind his back, but it didn't...

I simply do not know how else you can interpret this Q and A from the appeal case

    SNIP
Judge Karen Henderson pointedly asked the Justice Department lawyer whether the administration believes the House could never ask the courts to enforce a subpoena against the executive branch.

“That is our position, your honor,” Mooppan said.
    ENDSNIP

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...cgahn-testimony-trump-impeachment/2740779001/

    "Never ask" .... that's powerful ****...

McGahn is NOT a fishing expedition... he was mentioned by name dozens of times in a very large investigation report that came out last year...

From Trump, Ukraine got its Foreign Aid and weapons
From Obama, Ukraine got its blankets and rations.

    Impeach Obama?
