The worst that can happen to rapists in Texas colleges, like Baylor, and indeed many colleges around the USA is a small fine and probation.

Texas prosecutors are not even bothering to prosecute cases because Texas juries believe that forced sex is a right of the constitution as exemplified by POTUS Donald Trump confessing to sexual assault without receiving any penalty.

However, if the good ole boys of Baylor University had raped a boy there would be hell toupee.

Rape is wrong, it's evil and it should be completely be renounced for how awful it is. Now, there's two sides of the tale: Some will say that rape/sexual assault is underreported. And then the statistics that show that it's not as prominent as RAINN would have you believe.

I'd like to believe the statistics. Most guys are not sexual predators in waiting. I know for a fact I'm not. Because it defiles the very notion of sexual intercourse to force it on another.

I can't see a version of the defendents story except his lawyers say there was no DNA evidence linking him to a rape at all and the evidence doesn't back up her claims.

Is anyone curious about that? How can a rapist not leave DNA?
