No, I yell for them to identify themselves the only person I can imagine busting down my door would be the police or EMT on a mistaken call so I'm not going to recklessly start shooting and get someone killed. But then I haven't been involved in criminal circles where there is a good chance I will not be subjected to such violence.

Even if he didn't hear them identify themselves he STILL SHOT FIRST and the police firing back after he had hit one was self defense on their part, you can't charge them with a crime for it. If you want to charge someone based on how the warrant was obtained that is a different matter and the DA did not address that. But for what happened on the scene, as tragic as it was, the police as they claim who identified themselves and were fired on first is within the law. And there is a witness that say they did identify themselves. They followed their training.

And again who caused the circumstance for them being there and having the confrontation?

You tell them OK show me a badge instead of shooting one of them.

I wonder if Breana's last thought may have been why the hell did my idiot boyfriend shoot at a police officer than why are the police shooting at me.

    BS

I love how all the 2A'rs are now making these statements. Just stunningly convenient

And since that will never happen to you because you "haven't been involved in criminal circles" then you dont need a gun, nor the 2nd amendment then right ?

Wow....so much here that's flat out wrong.

    1. How do you make the leap that someone saying they aren't a criminal means they don't need the 2A? Me needing the 2A is because there are plenty who are involved in criminal circles who might want to harm me (that has nothing to do with me being a criminal). Tell me that's not too hard to understand.

    2. Do you actually have a problem with us 2A folks saying it's not ok to shoot at police? Are you trying to make the argument that the 2A folks are being hypocritical?

Fox will no longer allow the connection to Soros to be made on their network. Mentioning George Soros is now a bannable offense on youtube. Trump should arrest him and charge him with capital sedition.

I don't have a gun and don't expect my door to be busted down by drug dealers coming in firing and if I did yes I would yell who is it I have a gun and will fire. Biden said you should fire up into the air remember.

read what I was responding to ;)

You missed a bunch in that thread. I was pointing out that when police got a no-knock warrant, that not announcing themselves as police exonerates Walker from criminal prosecution. The pointing out the hypocrisy of saying that he should be charged.

I did. My point stands. You just didn't have a response. Don't worry it's exactly what I expected, you can move on now.

Dude should be charged because the police did ID themselves and then he opened fire at them.

That’s what doesn't make sense. IF they identified themselves, then why did Walker call the police ?

He didn't he called 911...which is for emergecy personal...ie an ambulance for his GF that was shot because of his actions.

This is pretty straight forward....the investigation already took place...the police ID themselves. It's a fact at this point.

    “Cover his tracks”......hahahahahahahahaha

You literally have ONE side of the story from the GJ, and your already sentencing the guy. But remember, your setting precedent for all those 2A’rs out there. Shoot first, and you can go to jail ;)

the Grand Jury conducts and investigation. We have eyewitness testimony. We also know now from the GJ testimony that he also tried to blame Taylor for shooting the cops first too...
