A former NFL player has been accused of trashing a restaurant and an ice cream shop he owned near Atlanta to make it look like a hate crime.

Gwinett County police say they found the n-word, “monkey,” “MAGA” and swastikas scrawled on the walls and booths of the two businesses, Create & Bake Pizza and Coughman’s Creamery in Lawrenceville.

Edawn Coughman, 31, of Buford, was arrested Thursday on charges of false reporting a burglary, insurance fraud and concealing a license plate before being bonded out of jail, police said.

Girl Who Claimed Hair Was Cut in Racist Attack Admits She Made It Up

A sixth-grade girl who claimed her hair was cut by three fellow students in a racist attack on her school playground has admitted to making the story up, according to a statement from the Immanuel Christian School in Springfield, Va. provided to the Washington Post.

The girl’s family also issued a statement apologizing to the three boys she accused, who have not been publicly identified as of this time.

“We understand there will be consequences and we’re prepared to take responsibility for them,” the statement read. “We know that it will take time to heal, and we hope and pray that the boys, their families, the school and the broader community will be able to forgive us in time.”

Woman arrested for carving "white pride" into sidewalk at JC business

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — A woman has been charged with vandalism under $1,000 after authorities say she used a rock to carve "white pride" into the sidewalk at a Johnson City business.

According to the release, 41-year-old Mahagany Teague vandalized the DC Fitness on Bobby Hicks Highway in Johnson City.

Authorities say she was arrested on Tuesday and has been booked into the Washington County Detention Center. She's being held on a $1,000 bond.

The business owner spoke with News 5 on Monday.

"It hit me in the heart more than anything," Derrick Carson said.

Teague is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

College student charged with faking hate crime against herself

A student who reported herself as a victim of a hate crime has been charged with faking it.

California’s La Verne Police Department said it determined that last year’s “series of threats” against a University of La Verne student group and its leader Anayeli Dominguez-Pena were actually sent by Dominguez-Pena herself.

The threats were so severe that the university “cancelled classes for a day to ‘reset’ and deal with the threats,” the department said. Dominguez-Pena has been charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors: criminal threats, perjury, “electronic impersonation” and six counts of filing a false police report.

A History of the Woke Taliban’s ‘Noose’ Hoaxes

As far as the noose hoaxes, I don't either, but the Taliban reference makes sense in an age when the woke are knocking down statutes.

We have the latest one that I think will die out quickly cuz the sport is not very popular the bubba Wallace hoax.

Someone with the ability to see through time Thailand news in the fall of 2019 knowing because they can see through time that bubba Wallace would have that garage in 2020.

This dying sport trying to get itself in the mainstream media wouldn't be that big of a deal if the FBI hadn't launched a full investigation on it.

And investigations into a rope.

This may not seem that big of a deal but keep in mind at the same time this investigation into a rope was going on homes and businesses were being burned to the ground, people were being murdered, there was the world's most hilariously idiotic insurrection occurring in Seattle.

The FBI is concerned with a rope.

Remember the shooter and Marjory stoneman Douglas high School? The FBI knew about it the police knew about it this dude murdered 20 people. And nobody did a damn thing.

But I'm supposed to believe someone is victimized by a rope, knotted rope tying them up not a real pain them just a rope physically in the presence of a camera.

The FBI is the most worthless police force known to man. I think the bigger crime here is that we pay the FBI to investigate racist rope.

 

Well the FBI did send 15 agents down to investigate this. Glad there is nothing serious going on and they had agents to spare for this investigation.

 

Think about that 15 people to investigate a rope.

What should have happened is when someone complained about it the powers-that-be tell them **** you. But this little fiasco gets NASCAR in the media. My thoughts, and hopes to drum up fandom.

 

The people behind the hoax should all go to jail.

 

Apparently "All Lives Matter" is considered racist.

Police say Texas A&M student who found racist notes on his car put them there

KBTX-TV reported that in June, Texas A&M senior Isaih Martin alerted the university police when he allegedly discovered handwritten messages reading “All lives matter” and “You don’t belong here,” along with a third listing the N-word, on his vehicle, which he had parked at an apartment complex on the school’s property.

Martin posted a photo of the notes to a Twitter account that has since been made private. According to KBTX, the university responded to his post, asking him to report the incident.

Then of course comes the surprise twist that no one could have seen coming.

Texas A&M police reported Thursday that, based on surveillance video footage, Martin likely placed the notes on his car himself. Footage taken from nearby cameras shows that passers-by may have come close to Martin’s car, but were only near the vehicle for a few seconds.

The police report, obtained by KBTX, reads that Martin was seen moving around his vehicle, with two different "white specks" held in the area of his chest. The footage also showed him “stepping back and onto the sidewalk in front of his vehicle, most likely taking photos and videos. He then approaches his vehicle again on the passenger side and remains there for a few moments. He is then seen walking around the front of his vehicle. Martin then enters the driver's door and drives away a few moments later. The total time spent at his vehicle is 1 minute, 15 seconds.”

No one besides Martin had sufficient time to place the notes on his car, the police concluded.

Just a "note" for future hoaxers, make sure you know where the surveillance cameras are!

 

Although this has not been officially exposed as a hoax yet, I'm going to go ahead and call it.

Texas Police Investigating Death Threat Targeting Indian, Chinese Information Technology Workers
Police in Irving, Texas, are investigating death threats targeting Indian and Chinese IT workers.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that a letter was sent to an Irving resident in which the writer threatens to “shoot mercilessly” immigrants of Indian and Chinese descent who work in the information technology field has law enforcement officials in the city concerned.

The letter may have gone out to multiple people and may have been sent to people in other Texas cities, police said. If anyone else has received such a letter, investigators with the Irving Police Department say they would like to know, according to the report.

“This person is threatening to shoot up a pool area, a playground, a business, so anyone could fall victim to this,” said Robert Reeves, Irving Police Department spokesman.

Now why am I willing to call it a hoax? This is the letter:

Usually hate crime hoaxers don't suffer much of a penalty, but it's different when it's insurance fraud.

Owner of SUV spray-painted with racist and homophobic graffiti facing insurance fraud charges

The owner of a BMW that was spray-painted with racist and homophobic graffiti in October is now facing insurance fraud charges.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn announced Tuesday that, Clifton Eutsey, 18, allegedly spray-painted messages of hate on his own car in North Buffalo.

Swastikas, the N-word, KKK and profanity against Black Lives Matter were spray-painted all over the car, a BMW X5. The police report also stated that sugar was poured into the gas tank.


The incident happened on Saranac Avenue in North Buffalo.

Eutsey has been charged with:

• Insurance Fraud in the Third Degree, a Class “D” felony
• Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the Second Degree, a Class “A” misdemeanor
• Falsifying Business Records in the Second Degree, a Class “A” misdemeanor
• Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree, a Class “A” misdemeanor

There was also a message of support for President Donald Trump that was also spray-painted on the car, 2 On Your Side reached out to the Erie County GOP for a response when the incident occurred.

Eutsey is scheduled to return on Monday, January 11, 2021 for a felony hearing. He was released on his own recognizance.

If convicted on all charges, Eutsey faces up to 7 years in prison.

My real question is, how can an 18 year old own a BMW X5?
